This is a really great Antique Curio Five Finger Vase made by McCoy in 1962. This Vase has a white matte finish with grapes and leaves on the front side. It measures 8 1/4 inches high X 10 1/4 inches wide at the widest part. It is in very good condition with no cracks, but does have a 1/4 inch chip on the bottom back corner. This is a rare antique porcelain figurine glazed all over in white depicting a courtship couple sitting on a large rock with a young sheep at their feet. This figurine was made by the Ernst Bohne Sohne Rudolstadt Volkstedt plant in Germany in the mid to late 19th century. At the back of the figurine near the base is a blue 5 prong crown with the letter "N" written in under-glaze blue...

This porcelain figurine was produced in Denmark by Bing & Grondahl before 1980. It has a model number 2406. The bird is 5 inches high. It is a true to life nuthatch you might find at your bird feeder. He is perched on a tree stump facing down. They always walk facing down on trees. The modeling has fine detail with attention to feathers and texture. The bird is hand painted and very natural. A classic figural sterling silver thimble jigger by Thomae & Co. The rim is engraved "Only A Thimble Full." The interior retains a small amount of its original gilding. Several companies made variations of this jigger, but those by Thomae are among the best due to their superior weight and workmanship. Origin: America, ca. 1935. A circa 1920's wood cut out picture, "Jack and Jill", 14" by 22" including frame, said to be "...a kit that had to be put together and then painted 'sometime in the 1920's", according to a small paper strip on backing. The work would add some accent to a child's room or nursery. I think it complete as it stands but cannot explain the central portion which seems to depict houses or rooftops...
