RARE:Beautiful, early Georg Jensen art nouveau sterling and garnets pill box, c.1915. It is signed "GEORG JENSEN(embossed on base-1915 mark) 925S(embossed) STERLING DENMARK 143A". It measures 1 1/2" in diameter and 1" high. The silver flower is applied. There are a few problems with the piece. There are no dings but there are some repairs. I think the hinge has been reapplied with lead solder. and there may OR may not be a red glass stone that was applied and set in brass(at the top)...

This is a really great little Cobalt Blue Moderntone 2 1/4 inch high Whiskey Tumbler or Shot Glass made by Hazel Atlas Glass from 1934 to mid-1950s. Nice wooden recipe box in the form of a book. The cover has burnt and painted decoration showing a cocktail shaker and a beverage. The "title" of the book is "The Art of Mixing Cocktails". The cover opens to reveal a storage area for paper recipe cards specifically designed for cocktail recipes. Ca. 1920. Very good condition; the leather binding on the hinge has dried out and has surface flaking. 6-3/4" x 5-1/4".

A rare Art Deco mechanical "Trap Jigger" in chrome with red bakelite accents made by Fay. When the arms of the filled jigger are rested on the rim of a glass or jigger a plunger inside is forced up to allow the liquid to pour out the bottom.

Fostoria Glass Company made the 'Tut' vase in the mid 1920's when all things Egyptian were in style - along with the 'Art Deco' movement. This vase is 6 1/2 inches tall and in perfect condition. See my other listing for a green Tut vase to compliment this one.

This is a real vintage art glass vase. It is very elegant. It was designed by Edward Hald. It was made in Sweden in 1936.

There are no chips, no cracks, and no repairs to this vase. However, there is a scratch about 1 3/4" on the side of the vase and a few others from use. It is not as clear as I would like it to be.

Being offered is a superb circa 1960s sterling silver champagne/wine/ice bucket made by Tane Silversmiths (the Tiffany of Mexico) of Mexico City, Mexico. A heavy gauge ice bucket decorated with hand chased Aztec - pre-Columbian motifs; with carved turquoise warrior mask motifs at opposite sides. Dimensions: 8 inches tall by 8 1/4 inches diameter. Marked. In excellent condition. Weight a hefty 47 ozs.

A terrific pair of Art Deco sterling silver tension-hinged sugar tongs or “nips” by W. & S. Sorensen. The twisted upper handles are decorated with gilt crown-shaped finials and the tong ends repeat the twisted pattern of the upper handles. The tongs could be used for sugar cubes, candies, or even olives. Hallmarked by Sorensen. The tongs are very well made and are quite heavy.
