A very sensitively carved Madonna and Child made in the South Tyrol region of northern Italy, probably during the 1920s. Condition: there are very minor edge losses and there is a small, old, glued repair to the base. There has been no overpainting and it has an excellent old patina. Silver plated Repousse Jewelry Box on three(3) curved feet with hinged dome top, Continental origin, 4 3/8" high, 6 1/2" wide-widest part top rim with hinged top, spray of floral branches around the entire box, red velvet lined inside the box. Silver plate is worn some areas.

Offered is this pair of Le Verre Francais (Schneider), French cameo glass vases, made around 1920. The vases are 7 1/4 inches (18,5 cm) and 7 inches (18 cm) tall respectively - as in most hand-made items, there is a slight variation in sizes. Both are signed with etched signatures. Except for a chip in the foot of one vase (see last picture), both vases are in good condition.

This is an absolutely stunning sterling silver cigarette case which has been elaborately decorated with engraved raised floral motif on the front and back panel, with presentation mark engraved on the front panel. A fine vintage cutwork Roden sterling silver napkin ring. Roden was bought out by Birks in 1928. This 5/8" wide napkin ring measures 1-11/16" across the interior and it has a Janie monogram. This set came from Mr.deLillo's personal archives. The necklace is 3" wide, inside circumference is 12 1/2". Clip earrings are 1 1/4" in diameter...

Like a Venice evening, this amazing murrine lamp rediates a soft, colorful ambiance when lit. The brass parts have a nice aged patina. The lamp had to be re-wired, as the original 90 year old vintage wire was frayed. Otherwise, the lamp remains in its original pristine condition and is an amazing example of the skill of the Murano Glassblowers. The lamp is documented in "Catalogo a stampa Fratelli Toso, 1920 ca",page 41.

This lovely rolled rim console bowl may be by Tiffin Glass. It is a soft, satin heather-green with embossed fish and stylized waves surrounding the rim. This bright centerpiece bowl sits on a finished satin collar foot and measures 10 1/2" across. It is in very good condition and would brighten any dining table. I have other Tiffin and elegant glassware in my inventory... take a peek. Insurance and confirmation are included in the price.

A classic figural sterling silver thimble jigger, the rim ornately engraved “Only A Thimble Full.” The workmanship is very good and the engraving among the nicest we’ve seen. Marked only “Sterling,” it was likely made by either Thomae or Webster.

A vintage sterling silver figural jigger by Gorham, the sides marked off with enameled stoplights in green, yellow and red meant to signify "go," "caution," and "stop." Each light corresponds to the 1, 2-1/2, and 3-1/2 ounce markings on the jigger's bottom. The bottom is hallmarked by Gorham.

Baby quilt embroidered with the child's prayer "Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep" with a yellow border. In each corner is a child kneeling in prayer with a baby animal or pet: a girl with a lamb, a boy with puppy, girl with bunny, and a boy with a kitten. Very good antique/vintage condition with some wear at the edges. Well quilted and embroidered, it measures 32" x 37.5". Dates circa 1930's.

Terrific Gorham silverplate figural shot glass in the form of an early American leather fire bucket. The front side is enameled with the emblem of the Chicago Fire Department surrounded with the words “Little Giant Engine Co. 1871”. The back side is modeled to show the leather handle. This stylized interpretation of a waterbird illustrates the inspiration that the environment of the Venetian Lagoon has provided for centuries of artists. The waterbird sculpture is done in sommerso, with wine red blending masterfully into light cobalt blue. I have seen this design attributed to both Archimede Seguso and Alfredo Barbini. The waterbird is in good condition, no chips at the feet, polished base, unmarked.
