Antique Japanese clay Temple votive Kannon figure . Size h 4" w 2 "

This pair of porcelain sea lions was produced in Germany by Rosenthal in the 1950s. They measure about 5 inches long, 4 inches wide and 3 1/2 inches tall. They are signed by the artist K. Himmelstoss, a fine modeler who worked at Rosenthal. These adorable little guys look like they are kissing. They are well modeled and hand painted. Artisans at Rosenthal created animal figures with character and personality as you can see. Condition: Excellent first quality.

This is an amazing diorama the features a once real parrot that has been to the taxidermist. The parrot, the frame, all of it is in amazing condition.
