Very fine sterling silver trumpet vase with a ruby glass liner. The vase's body is intricately pierced in an acanthus leaf motif to show the rich red liner. The undulating flared rim lends a slight Art Nouveau feeling to the overall look. The base is marked for the Watson Co.

Origin: America, 1905-29. Condition: excellent, all original, no damage to glass; there are a couple of small dings to the underside of the flared lip (easier to feel with the fingertips than to see)...

Probably the most popular of all Steuben vases, this was designed in 1949 by George Thompson and is still being sold today. It measures 5" tall and is in perfect condition. It is Steuben number 7985. There are two of these vases, and the price show is for each one.

Brilliant Cut Glass Hinged Box - This box, all original, is a very unusual size, as the glass lid is considerable smaller than the jar itself. I don't know patterns, and it is not signed, but I do know that its quite lovely, the top matches the bottom, and its in perfect condition. It measures 4 1/4" tall x 5" diameter on the top and 6" diameter on the bottom.

Beautiful red and white sunbonnet quilt, c.1930's. There are 18 sunbonnets girls and the quilt measures 68" by 90". The fabric seems to be a sort of rayon, perhaps, as it has a sheen. The all around red scalloped edging is 4 1/2" wide and the backing is all white. There are some light brown stains around on one of the sunbonnets(see photo). Otherwise, excellent condition. Off-white flowing wool jacket with generously applied yarn figural art work on the back, front, and sleeves, Mexico, c.1940's. Satin lined with gathered shoulders, this jacket is stitched at the two front pockets and all the edges. Approx. size 14 and the sleeves can be folded. This extremely unusual sculptural item is made of solid, clear glass with internal red and green inclusions. It is unsigned, but possibly by Fulvio Bianconi for Cenedese, circa 1950s. In the 1950s, Bianconi, who is best known for his creations for Venini, designed a series of objects for Cenedese in which he "drew" with multicolored glass threads in colorless glass. The distinctive color scheme and bold experimentation of this non-functional item makes Bianconi a likely designer...

The classic sterling and rosewood three-piece carving set by Hector Aguilar, Mexico, c.1944. The set usually consists of only two pieces. Set consists of a two-pronged meat fork(14" long) and two carving knives(17" and 15 1/2" long each). The rosewood and sterling handles have a glorious design and the knives blades are iron(and have some rust). The handles are in excellent condition. The fork is marked "HA(stylized) 940 TAXCO 9(bellmark)...
