A pair of early 20th C. small Chinese Famille Rose vases. In excellent condition. Signed. H: 5".

These two wine stems are a collaboration between two companies: Cambridge Glass made the amethyst art deco flared wine bowl, while Farber Bros. made the cut-out chrome basket, the shapely stem and the broad bell foot. They are marked Farber Bros. on the bottom of each stem. These charming glasses stand 5 3/4" tall and are in excellent condition. I have other Cambridge and elegant glassware in my inventory... take a peek. Insurance and confirmation are included in the price.

A very sensitively carved Madonna and Child made in the South Tyrol region of northern Italy, probably during the 1920s. Condition: there are very minor edge losses and there is a small, old, glued repair to the base. There has been no overpainting and it has an excellent old patina. A Ruskin pottery vase by William Howson Taylor typically copying a Chinese Song dynasty shape. It has a purplish pink lustre "souffle" glaze and on the base is the impressed date 1931. Condition - excellent - no damages and no restoration. 11cm (4.3 inches) high.

This really pretty pink Princess Depression Glass Hat Shaped Bowl was made by Hocking Glass from 1931 to 1935. The Bowl measures 9 1/2 inches in diameter X 4 inches high. In the mid-1930s, Venini engaged Carlo Scarpa to design innovative glass surface textures and this historical gem, "A BOLLICINE", survives in excellent condition! A classic figural sterling silver thimble jigger by Thomae & Co. The rim is engraved "Only A Thimble Full." The interior retains its original gilding. Several companies made variations of this jigger, but those by Thomae are among the best due to their superior weight and workmanship. This particular example is several grams heavier than most Thomae thimbles.

This is a handsome Dresden flower creamer and sugar in the EMPRESS pattern by Schumann, ca. 1930, with the post 1918 era mark of Carl Schumann, with colorful floral and gilt decoration and raised diagonal weave borders. Condition: pristine. Measurement: creamer: 4" h; sugar: 5" h.

This is a set of nine 20th Century Dresden flower rimmed soup bowls, each handpainted with a different bouquet of Deutsche blumen within lovely shaped gilt rims, marked "Dresden" under an 8-pointed star (the mid-century mark of Adolf Hamann). A handsome sterling silver Art Deco double jigger by Thomae & Co. Each cup is simply enhanced with a single raised band for Art Deco austerity. The rim is fully hallmarked.

DESCRIPTION: A lovely mounted crib quilt in a tumbling blocks pattern, the colors making the optical illusion of six point stars. Quilt is mounted with light sewing onto stapled muslin, and can be hung in two directions. From the collection of a Pawling, New York collector. DIMENSIONS: 39" x 54".

A sweet sterling silver baby ring and teething rattle. The central silver piece shows a clock face where hands can be engraved to indicate the time of birth along with the date, year and the infant's weight. The back side can be engraved with the baby's name. The rattle is suspended in a lucite faux mother-of-pearl teething ring. These rattles are very difficult to find with no monograms or other engraving.

A classic Art Deco porcelain water jug advertising Ricard Anisette. In the south of France, tradition dictates that Ricard and other anise-flavored spirits be drunk with a side of water. Makers such as Ricard and Pernod provided advertising pitchers to local bars to increase their sales. This globe form is the classic shape from the first half of the 20th century. The bottom is marked “Ateliers de Céramique Ricard/Made in France”.
