This sandwich set was designed by Reuben Haley and produced by the Consolidated Glass Company in the late 1920's. The pattern is called 'Five fruits' and is one of Consolidated's scarce tableware lines. The set is listed in the Consolidated catalog as #2578tray and #2579 sundae. This is a rare and beautiful console set made by Victor Durand's Vineland Glass Company, around 1925. The set consists of a large footed bowl and a pair of matched candlesticks. Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Made in 1928, it's a wonderful pattern for the deco collector as well as glass lovers. This is the footed sherbet in crystal. Perfect condition. I have 3 available, price is per sherbet. Flapper necklace, a sautoir (Fr. sauter = to throw) made up of black seed beads and an 18 carat gold tube with Swedish hallmarks and year mark for 1925. Length "67/ 170 cm. Condition: one or two irregularities due to loss of beads. Enough black beads of the same size and nuance will be included to make the necklace look perfect and as new again.

This fantastic vaseline tumbler is by Fenton Glass as part of a tea or chocolate set. This bright art nouveau vaseline tumbler features two dramatic wheel cut flowers and leaves surrounding the blown panel bowl. The pulled cobalt blue handle is applied. The bottom is smooth with a finished pontil. This elegant piece of art glass is in excellent, unused condition and stands 5 1/4" tall.

A very nicely painted delicate porcelain cup, saucer and cup cover painted predominantly with carp but including a lobster and a couple of fish. All three pieces have elaborate painted borders. Gilding is used on the carp and the borders. The two handled cup is marked in red with a stamp, “CHINA” inside an oval. This is an intaglio cut crystal sherry glass, ca. 1920, signed HAWKES, in the Gravic Fruit pattern, with luscious hand cut and frosted plums, apples, and pears suspended from beautifully incised branches; with knopped stem and square incised foot. The 1920's and 30's was the age of the cocktail party, and the jewelry was characterized by vivid colors and sparkling diamonds. A 7 ½ inch diameter gold Aurene vase by Steuben. The vase is shape 354 and is properly marked “Aurene 354" around the polished pontil. The vase has a flared out scalloped rim and stands 4 ½ inches tall. The vase is perfect.

Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the cup & saucer set in the rainbow treatment. The color is ruby flash applied over crystal glass. What makes this plate interesting is that the color is applied only to the outer edge of the plate, leaving the center crystal. This treatment was called 'rainbow' and is difficult to find...
