Rare sterling silver punch ladle. Made by Spratling in Taxco, Mexico. Round hand-hammered bowl with curved spout. Mount has tooled bands and applied rope band and is inset with tapering stained-wood handle. An early piece by this maker. 1940s marks. Very good condition with beautiful patina.

Rose Crest is was produced by Fenton from 1944 to 1947. It was originally made as an exclusive for Weil Freeman Company in 1944, but when they didn't renew the contract, Fenton added it to their regular line and continued production until 1947. Being offered is a rare circa 1940 sterling silver Nautilus motif bowl by William Spratling, of Taxco, Mexico. Masterfully Handwrought silver bowl with three conch shell legs. Dimensions: 7 inches diameter at the rim x 4 inches tall. Marked as illustrated in photo. In excellent condition.

Has 3 brass round feet and is signed "LOS CASTILLO TAXCO 171". Has two creases at surface at lizard's head and behind one leg, original in factory. The inside grape motif sits on stippled glass then the sides appear smooth and scalloped up the the ruffled and scalloped rim. It sits on a collar foot with the IG mark embossed on the bottom. This lovely console bowl is 10" across the rim and 3 3/4" high, and is in excellent, unused condition...

American needlework sampler I would date to about 1935-1950, hand embroidered in traditional style, silk thread on cotton, the imagery of a house and tree, the sweet message being "Here let us live Life at its Best/ Here my we find/ Comfort and Rest". No glass, good vintage condition, some faint old very light brownish staining to background.
