A Dutch silver figural sugar sifter spoon from the 1920s. This 5-1/2" nicely detailed table serving spoon features a woman carrying two pails as the finial and the bowl is nicely pierced. It has an obscured maker's mark and a difficult to see sword mark on the join of the handle and bowl and it could date anywhere from the 1900s to the 1950s. It weighs 26.3 grams and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs...

Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Made in 1928, it's a wonderful pattern for the deco collector as well as glass lovers. These beautiful candlesticks were produced by the Consolidated Glass Company as part of the Martele line. Designed by Reuben Haley, the set was produced in the late 1920's. The pattern is called Orchid and is listed in the Consolidated catalog as the #2646 Low candlestick set. The color is green ceramic finish applied over crystal. Excellent condition. Italian silver gilt grand-tour bell, ca 1920. Figural handle in form of piping faun with puffed out cheeks and hoofed and hirsute hindquarters. Based on Greek statuette excavated in Pompeii and today in the National Archaeological Museum in Naples. Marked. Very good condition with nice toning.

Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the #1122 2 1/2 oz footed cordial or whiskey tumbler in emerald green. Tumblers are very difficult to find in this pattern, so get them while you can.
