A Persian Shahsavan bag dating from around 1900. The face is woven in wool in Sumakh flatweave technique, showing different repeating ornaments. The back is made of stripes in Kilim. Early Carder Steuben gold Aurene vase with ruffled rim. The 3 1/4 inch tall vase measures 4 inches across the rim, is signed “Aurene 162" and has the soft early coloration of the early production pieces. There is a polished pontil and a stretched onion skin effect on the rim. The piece is in excellent condition.

A wonderful set of 16 tiles illustrating scenes from the story of Don Quixote. The tiles have incised lines separating the colored glazes. Each tile has a rich blue border.
