A good bronze footed trumpet vase by Carl Sorensen. The surface is patinated in a dark mottled green and is enhanced with parallel engraved lines forming bands decorated in a darker green patination. The small foot makes this one of Sorensen's more unusual vase designs. Sorensen made a variety of decorative metalwares, but little is known about him. He worked in Pennsylvania, and his pieces were possibly sold by Roycroft and Tiffany...

This is an exquisite handpainted cup and saucer depicting flowers in blue and gold with just tiny touches of white and pink. It is signed Limoges, France, and alo Raphael Weil & Cie, San Francisco. It is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or repairs, and the gold is also in perfect condition.

A set of 12 gorgeous Art Deco sterling silver coffee spoons decorated on both sides with guilloche enamels. Each spoon is worked in a different shade of translucent enamel over an engraved background. The spoons are presented in their original velvet-lined box. Each spoon is hallmarked for the Watson Co.

Exquisite cup & saucer with a handpainted scene of a lady relaxing in a pastoral setting being serenaded by a cherub playing a mandolin. It is marked Cauldon Ltd. England, and signed Wagner. It is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. The gold is also in perfect condition, with no wear at all. This set has the gold band on the bottom, which I believe signifies that it was a special order.

These two wine stems are a collaboration between two companies: Cambridge Glass made the amethyst art deco flared wine bowl, while Farber Bros. made the cut-out chrome basket, the shapely stem and the broad bell foot. They are marked Farber Bros. on the bottom of each stem. These charming glasses stand 5 3/4" tall and are in excellent condition. I have other Cambridge and elegant glassware in my inventory... take a peek. Insurance and confirmation are included in the price.

A very sensitively carved Madonna and Child made in the South Tyrol region of northern Italy, probably during the 1920s. Condition: there are very minor edge losses and there is a small, old, glued repair to the base. There has been no overpainting and it has an excellent old patina. This wonderfully inventive Art Deco silverplate jigger measures 3/4, 1, 1-1/2 and 2 ounces. The cube joining the various cups shows measurements on one side and is stamped with the hallmark for Benedict Manufacturing Company (1894-1953) on the other. The cube is perfectly weighted so the jigger does not tip over when the upper cup is filled. This implement was created by the noted modernist designer Albert F. Saunders as a part of Benedict's "Modernistic" line...

Stunning vintage 1930s Art Deco bag made from fine fabric mesh covered in dozens, maybe hundreds, of brilliant prong set colorless rhinestones, over an ivory fabric base layer. With an engraved silvertone or silverplated frame and a flat cover which is studded with colorless stones. The cover flips up to open, and has a rhinestone decorated catch, and a silvertone metal chain. With an ivory silk lining, and matching ivory silk change purse or mirror cover (there is no mirror)...

The high quality fabric is a lovely peach shade and the satin-stitched embroidered pattern is very similar to the design on the well-known "Sweet Ad-a-line" silkscreened cocktail shaker. A beautiful set of six red-cut-to-clear cocktail glasses designed by Charles Graffart for Val St. Lambert. Graffart was one of the three designers chosen by Val to create their entire exhibit for the 1920 Exposition des Art Decoratifs. The austere angular cutting pattern works beautifully with the overlay.

A beautiful Art Deco green-cut-to-clear decanter designed by Charles Graffart for Val St. Lambert. The pyramidal shape capped by an inverted stopper is very linear and perfectly accents the austere overlay cutting pattern. The base is signed "Val St. Lambert" and the stopper is engraved with a number that matches the number inside the decanter's neck.
