Set of 6 Midcentury Modern sterling silver demitasse spoons. Made by Tostrup in Norway. Each: Straight and narrow stem with round and shallow bowl. Double-sided gilding. Cobalt enamel on stem front in diagonal frames. In original red case with fitted silk lining with gilt retailer’s stamp (“Georg Jensen / Silver”). Fully marked including maker’s stamp. Very good condition with intact enamel.

A classic figural sterling silver thimble jigger by Thomae & Co. The rim is engraved "Only A Thimble Full." The interior retains a small amount of its original gilding. Several companies made variations of this jigger, but those by Thomae are among the best due to their superior weight and workmanship. Origin: America, ca. 1935. Condition: excellent, no dings or monograms. Size: 2" tall. Weight: 41.4 grams.

A fun Arts and Crafts Period round brass and copper covered box. A prominent cherry blossom decoration adorns the top - outlined by the studded brass cover with etched decoration - explosing a hand hammered copper surface. Etched vine decoration also around the side with copper banding and studs. Not sure if this is Western or Japanese production - the Arts and Crafts Period starting and extending later in Japan...

This wonderful pair of sterling silver triple candle holder was made in Germany circa 1920. The elegant fluted design decorated candle holders are 10 ¼” high, 11” wide at the widest part and the base is 5 3/8” wide at the widest part. The hallmarks are the crown and half moon, 925 STERLING, and a bear. The candle holders are hollow (not filled with cement) in the bottom there are some weights for stability, but those can be removed by unscrewing the bottom cover...
