This is a 19th century Chinese shallow curved plate featuring a lively grouping of eight spotted blue and white horses, depicting a wedding story from Chinese mythology; unglazed footrim; greige coloration; a four-character mark on the underside; condition: several minor chips on the rim; SIZE: 5" diam.

This beautiful Purple Carnival Three Fruits 14 Piece Punch Bowl Set was made by Westmoreland Glass. This was a limited production set. This Set consists of the Punch Bowl, Base and 12 Punch Cups. The Bowl and Base together measure 11 inches high. The Bowl is 10 1/4 inches in diameter. The Cups each measure 2 1/4 inches high X 3 1/8 inches in diameter. The horse murrines are surrounded by floral murrines and the whole is encased in clear glass. The piece measures 2 1/2 inches tall and is 3 inches across, there are no chips or cracks. Original blue and silver foil label that reads MURANO / Made / in / Italy / GLASS is intact on bottom of weight. Circa 1960
