American Rockingham, the ware for which Bennington, Vermont became famous in the mid 19th century, is English in origin and name for the Marquis of Rockingham, whose works at Swinton produced a ware similar brownish color. The pottery itself is cream colored or yellow ware that is dipped in or spattered with a brown glaze before firing.

This vase was produced by the Consolidated Glass Company as part of the Martele line. Designed by Reuben Haley, the vase was produced in the late 1920's. The vase is listed in the Consolidated catalog as the #2753 Pine-Cone vase, and measures 6 1/2 inches high. The glass is light blue with a satin/acid etched interior to give more dimension to the details in the pattern. Excellent condition. See my other listings for more Consolidated Glass.

Offered is this beautiful copper wheel engraved plate in jade glass, made around 1930 by Steuben. The plate is about 8 1/2 inches wide and is in excellent condition. It is signed by Steuben, both in block letters and with the fleur-de-lis symbol.

Duncan Miller Glass Company made Caribbean from 1936-55. There are no chips or cracks in the glass. Thanks for looking.

This Northwood grape and cable 9" ruffled bowl can be identified as a varian because of the tendrils that sneak into the otherwise plain center. The shape of the grape bunces is quite different. It has a collar base and basketweave exterior.

Offered is a fabulous, very early example of Tramp Art- a style of woodworking which emerged in America in the latter half of the nineteenth century. Tramp Art features the use of multiple, small pieces of wood that are whittled into layers of geometric shapes whose outside edges are then notch-carved.

This exquisite example exemplifies the early years of Tramp Art at a time when it was practiced largely by skilled craftsmen with artistic talents...

The House of deLillo presents gorgeous, glowing red crystals and hand set sparkling pronged rhinestones in this elegant set. Designed and executed for deLillo by Chief Designer Robert Clark, this set is quality all the way. Brooch is 3 1/4" wide and 2 1/2" from top to the bottom of the dangle. Clip earrings are 2 1/2" long. All three pieces have deLillo name plate.

This basked is American, circa 1880. It is white with blue ruffled trim, and has what appears to be mica is the glass. The handle is clear, and it is quite large, measuring 9 1/2" tall x 11" wide and 7 1/2" deep. It is in perfect original condition.

This one-piece Fairy Light, hand-painted Maple Leaf motif, was made from 1970-72. It is considered a rarity. In mint condition. One should be noted that the artwork is a decal. The only time Fenton did not hand paint the artwork on these pieces. Stands 6" tall and is about 6.75" wide at the base.

Stevens & Williams Vaseline Opalescent Epergne stands 13" tall, made in the 1880's! The base is 8" wide. Has a couple of very small bubbles within the bowl. Otherwise, it has no chips or scratches. Excellent condition for something made in the 1880's. The bowl is swirl optic while the horn stem is heavily ribbed. Any questions, please ask.

Late 1960s early 1970s ELC marked "Roke's Drift" red and blue glazed Zulu plate with a raku tupe glaze , the body seems to have some animal hair mixed in the clay body. A nice piece with beautiful colors and texture. There is a chip at the edge as seen in pictures. D 7.2" h 1.3" The ELC Art and Craft Centre were started in 1962 by Peder and Ulla Gowenius. This arose out of a committee formed in 1961 in Stockholm, Sweden, for the advancement of African art and craft...

These 2 sided cufflinks have a landscape design on both sides and a silhouette of an elk standing in the pasture at sunset. They are stamped 830 SGR. They measure 1 inch long and 5/8 inches wide.
