These four Minton Gold Ancestral dessert plates (#S 595) are quite handsome indeed. Each are marked on the back and also each has the Minton imprint. The brown-red transfer decoration of flowers and leaves is painted with turquoise and pink enamel to accent the flowers. Each plate is trimmed in gold and is in excellent condition. Measures 7 7/8" across the scalloped rim. Production dates: 1944-1976. Book price $45.00 a plate.

Presented is this beautiful green-to-amber Murano glass large bowl with turned ends and gold flecks, made most likely by Barovier & Toso.. The heavy glass bowl is 14 1/4 inches (36 cm) long, 9 3/4 inches (25 cm) wide and 4 1/4 inches (11 cm) tall. It is without chips, cracks or repairs. Polished pontil.

The Newport or Hairpin pattern was made by Hazel Atlas during the 1930's. The color is amethyst, though Hazel Atlas called it 'Burgundy' in the original ads. A vintage sterling silver figural jigger by Alvin, the sides marked off with enameled stoplights in green, yellow and red. Each light is accompanied by the words “Go,” “Caution” and “Stop.” The bottom is hallmarked by Alvin.

Two beautiful and very thinly potted bowls by Sven Hofverberg in his experimental studio in south Sweden. One gold glazed to the interior, the other with an iridescent interior glaze in red and dark blue. The exterior of both with incised striations. The incisions of the smaller bowl are iridescent. Late 1960s early 1970s ELC marked "Roke's Drift" red and blue glazed Zulu plate with a raku tupe glaze , the body seems to have some animal hair mixed in the clay body. Large and heavy gauge sterling salt and pepper set by Los Castillo, Mexico, c.1948. Handmade, each are of slightly different proportion - each are approximately 3" high and 1 3/4" diameter at the base. Quite heavy, they each way, approximately 3 troy ounces. Each are marked "LOS CASTILLO STERLING MEXICO HANDWROUGHT 15". The interesting thing is that one is marked "123" and the other,"153", although they are a matching set...

Cambridge Rosepoint Relish (for corn cob). Produced from 1932-1954. This relish tray is for resting an ear of corn. It measures 9.5"x3.5" and is 1.3" high. These are very hard to find.
