Rich and Elegant Murano Cased BLACK and GOLD FLECKS Art Glass PULEGOSO Bowl!!! Attributed to Archimede SEGUSO and Alfredo BARBINI. Though the "shape" is too generic to tell them apart, the technique is hard to find and color combination sought after by collectors of both Artists! The piece is very thick and heavy for its size. There are some scratches to the outside of the body, but hard to see unless turned over...

This beautiful red / white Murano bowl with inward folded sides has spiral threading and a polished pontil. Possibly Veneni Zanfrico or Barbini. This bowl is 10" 9" x 2 7/8".

There are no cracks, no chips, no hairlines, and no repairs to this item. If you hold the bowl in the right light you can see 4 bubbles and a ring.

Duncan & Miller Covered Marmelade or mustard. Produced from the 1930's-55. We have two of these, one does have a chip in the spoon opening -- very small and practically negligible -- but I have to mention it.

This McCoy fruit wall pocket is 7 3/4" x 6 3/4". This is circa early 1950s. There are no chips, no cracks, and no repairs to this item. It has the usual McCoy crazing and the obvious paint loss which I believe adds character and looks very real as if it were in a tree.

Bubble was produced by Anchor Hocking from the 1940's through 1965. The sapphire blue color is a beautiful light blue unlike any other depression era color. This porcelain figurine was produced in Germany by Rosenthal in the 1950s. It has the artist’s signature, Fritz Heidenreich, impressed into the base. It had a 13 1/2 inch wing span and is 8 1/4 inches high. The figurine is expertly modeled by this highly renowned artist. This drake is hand painted in natural colors. His splendid plumage is finely detailed. The mallard is lifting up out of the water with powerful, swift wings...

A bowl or ashtray in black, still transparent glass. No marks, but Italian (Murano) and probably by Alfredo Barbini, 1950's. The interior iridescent in "oily" rainbow or mother-of-pearl shades so that, in combination with the lobed design, a sea-shell effect is created. The exterior also iridescent, in a metal-like shade. Width: 3 ¾"/10 cm, height: 2"/5 cm. Condition: small nick to bottom at 3 o'clock as shown in the photo, otherwise fine.

Pink Opalescent Canterbury vase by Duncan and Miller. The height is 4" x 5" wide. Manufactured from 1938 to 1955. Unusual for the footed base. In mint condition.

This set of 6 porcelain tea cups and saucers was produced in Germany by Nymphenburg in the 1940s or 1950s. The saucers are 4 7/8 inches in diameter and the cups are 1 3/4 inches high. The fine translucent porcelain has a molded swirl pattern. They are hand painted with Dresden type floral painting in vivid colors. Condition: Excellent

Scheier Art pottery plate by Edwin and Mary Scheier in a mat mauve glaze with stylized decoration of two faces. Mint condition. Circa 1950. Size: 7 1/8 inches in diameter. Striking, tall, double sommerso vase form by Fratelli Toso. Interior gather of soft gold toned transparent glass emerges in sommerso from a heavy green lip, cased in crystal. The form is blown into a rib mold with green canne applied at the high points of the ribs. This vase is a fine example of mid-century innovation of traditional techniques. Measuring 6.75" (top dimension) x 12" tall, the vase is in good condition, bears the J.I. CO. import label, unmarked.
