This porcelain German Shepherd figurine was produced in Germany by Rosenthal in the 1960s. It measures 11 1/2 inches high, 7 1/2 inches long and 3 3/4 inches wide. Very fine pair of George VI sterling silver master salt dishes. The salts are raised on paw feet surmounted by lion masks. The everted rims are gadrooned. The salts retain the original cobalt blue glass liners. The salts are identical, but were made in different years by the same silversmith. One has the date mark for 1936 and the other for 1939. The only difference is that glass liner in one is a little thicker than the other.

This charming pair of vintage glass hound dogs, made by Archimede Seguso in the "nero a macchie di smalto bianco" (black with white spots) style in the 1950s. Large Splatter glass vase for Hadeland (Norway) designed by Gro Bergslien. Vase is a combination of opalescent glass, splattered with blocks and networks of colors in yellow, rust, greens, and pinks, cased in clear glass. This vintage stoneware pottery 6 gallon ice water dispenser (water cooler) was made by Roseville Pottery Company circa 1900 or before.

The cooler measures 17 1/2" including the lid. The outside diameter is 12". This crock, stoneware ice water cooler weighs in at a hefty 41 pounds.

The blue paint is still very vibrant. The gasket around the spigot should be replaced because it has some dry rot. Overall condition is excellent except for one 2 1/4" exterior craze line near the top.

This tumbler vase is part of the Martele Line produced by Consolidated Glass Company during the 1920's. The pattern is called 'Katydid', though it's usually referred to as the 'grasshopper' vase. 8 inches tall, the color of the glass is blue crystal. (The color is in the glass, not a wash applied over clear glass.) Excellent condition and very hard to find in this color.
