This porcelain plate was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufactory or KPM in 1925. The date letter indicates this year. The plate has a diameter of 9 ¾”. It has a finely reticulated border, all outlined with gold. The center of the plate is hand painted with a scene of the 13th century fortress at Godesberg, Germany. It is painted in monochrome shades of red rust color. There is a garland of roses encircling the border with gold leaves and stems...

This porcelain figural group was produced in Germany by Hutschenreuther in the 1940s. It has an inscribed artist's signature, C. Werner, in the base. The figurine measures 11 1/4 inches high and 9 1/4 wide. It is beautifully modeled with fine details. The young, beautiful mother is assisting her infant to take his first steps. It has a classical elegance and yet a modern 1940s stylized look. The figures are realistically hand painted. Condition: Excellent.

Typical of Spratling, great design, construction and weight.

This very fine and unique Russian silver cigarette resembles the Classic Russian Silver Age design and has a gilt interior that bears the inscription, "Armsale Hennile 23 Ii 1939 b" engraved on the interior lid. Original hand thrown and hand enameled vase by Gilbert Portanier (France, born 1926). This vase measures roughly 7", with a diameter at the base of 5". It is signed with Portanier's distinctive monogram near the base. In excellent condition except for a glaze chip near the mouth of the vase. Portanier is one of the most important ceramic artists in the second half of the twentieth century in France.

A Bronze Plaque from Boris Schatz (1866-1932). This plaque is of Joseph Schonthal a prominent Columbus, Ohio Philanthropist. Measures about 3 5/8" by 5 1/2". Fine and rare.

This unique drawing is by Wilhelm KÅGE for his celebrated series of Argenta objects produced by Gustavsberg. It is dated October 1954. This particular mermaid has been featured on diverse argenta pieces. Excellent condition.
