German Rosenthal marked Porcelain Charger with handle, serving Platter, 12 1/4" wide include 2 handles, 11 3/4" round, not include 2 handles, 1 1/8" high, beautiful hand painted large floral decoration in brilliant gold in the center in the cobalt blue background and both handles and rim are in gold finish. Underglaze green mark "Rosenthal" "Selb-Germany, Helena" on the bottom. The condition is excellent, specially gold finish.

German Rosenthal Porcelain Serving Bowl with 2 handles, 9" x 10" wide, 2 1/8" high, with large hand painted gold floral decoration in the center in the cobalt blue background, and fluted rim is also decorated in brilliant gold. Underglaze green mark "Rosenthal, Selb-Germany, Pompadour" on the bottom, the condition is very good, specially gold finish.

French Faience Pottery Transfer ware small Plate, Cow with bell around the neck in the green pasture bordered by repeated pink flower petals, 6 1/2" diameter, 7/8" high, very pleasing and peaceful design, black writing mark and impressed mark "V9" on the bottom. The condition is good.

An 8 ½ inch diameter green jade over alabaster plate engraved in the popular “York” pattern. The plate is unmarked and in excellent condition.

Fostoria Chintz Ice Bucke,t with original metal handle, is 6-3/4" tall an in mint condition. Made from 1940-76.

17114428 A scarce gold Favrile underplate for a cordial. The 3 inch diameter plate has a polished pontil and is signed “LCT G1478" by the polished pontil. The rim of the plate exhibits a very nice onion skin pattern. Under plates such as this are shown in a page from the 1902 Tiffany Studios booklet. A copy of this page can be found on page 54 of Robert Koch’s “Louis C. Tiffany’s Glass-Bronzes-Lamps.”

DESCRIPTION: A light brown and white pony hide rug, the soft fur longer than that of traditional cowhide. Wonderful for throwing over a sofa in your Southwestern home or Northwestern lodge, or toss it on the floor for a soft floor covering. Good condition. DIMENSIONS: 84” X 68"

This porcelain and sterling silver vase was produced in Germany between 1934 and 1947. It has the underglaze blue crossed swords mark and incised model numbers. It measures 3 3/4 inches high, approximately 4 1/4 inches in diameter and the opening of the vase is 3 1/4 inches. The body of the vase is moved with panels to give it shape. Colorful assortments of fruits and flowers and hand painted while sprigs and berries dot the surface...

Interesting early Deco gilt metal pendant of Chinese shape. The front with an enameled motif of a lady with Chinese hairstyle busy with needlework in front of a smoking scenser, all within a keyfret border. The back with a cracked ice border surrounding a willow tree and ducks in a pond. Probably French, around 1920. Width "1 ½ / 3.7 cm. Condition: fine, except for a darker spot to the back, visible from a certain angle (cf. last photo).

DESCRIPTION: A lovely set of five red clay Mexican earthenware nesting bowls, dating from the 1950's. The bowls are decorated in fluid strokes of blue between blue line borders on a white/cream ground. The interiors have a line of blue around the inner circumference with dollops of green glaze. Very good condition, no chips, original imperfections that add to the charm. DIMENSIONS: Largest bowl: 10.25 diameter x 4.75” high. Smallest bowl: 5.5” diameter x 2” high.

This vintage 1940's hand hammered, hand forged 980 sterling silver bowl was designed & signed by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). Weighing a hefty 652 grams or 23 oz. the bowl measures 10 inches across and 2 inches high. The base measures 5 1/4" across. The rim is finished with a thick rope design. This piece is in beautiful condition & fully hallmarked for Spratling on the reverse.

A Barker Bros. silver plated asparagus server cradle with tray. This super classy table server consists of the 11-1/2 x 6" pierced footed asparagus cradle or drainer and the matching 15-1/4 x 6-1/8" two-handled underplate or tray with bun feet. The cradle has a wirework frame and rest for a butter or sauce boat (not present) and the tray has the mark for Barker Brothers of Birmingham, England...

Lapis lazuli vase in the Ingrid line, by Schlevogt in Gablonz, Czechia, c 1935. Schlevogt’s Ingrid line with its sculptural Art Déco pieces in green “malachite” or blue “lapis” glass was named after his 4-year old daughter. Height "3/ 7.8 cm, diameter "2 ¼ / 6 cm. Condition: fine.

This porcelain dish was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufactory, known as KPM, in 1920. The dish measures 8 1/2 inches across the handles and is 2 inches high. The porcelain blank has a reticulated border and intricate molded scrolls. The base of the dish stands on four scrolled feet. The reticulation and molded designs are all accented with fine hand gilding. There is a colorful bouquet of flowers in the center of the dish...

Vintage Murano Glass Picasso style vase in excellent condition. Original labels are slightly worn but still intact. Vase is in excellent condition and measures 13 inches high.

Very nicely detailed pair of French silver plated fighting cocks. In excellent condition, they measure 7 inches at highest point.

Here is a lovely small tray in an exquisite blue and brown glaze by Wilhelm Kage for Gustavsberg, Sweden. It measures 1 1/4" (3cm) high and is 5 1/2" (14cm) in diameter. On the understand Farsta is impressed on each of the four feet, Gustavsberg, Kage, the Gustavsberg Studio hand insignia, Studio, and the date code Y. This piece was created in 1954. The name Hjelmberg is also etched. Mint condition.

Here is a charming miniature vase by Sven Jonson, as part of the celebrated Argenta series of objects produced by Gustavsberg, Sweden. It measures 2 1/4" (5.5cm) high. The stylized fish decoration is stunning, with no silver loss. Mint condition.

Here is a hard-to-find bakelite fruit knife set from Germany in the original box. Unused condition.

Hand painted Portuguese Ceramic Bird's Head Soap Dish and Towel Hanger, all in one, 11" high, 6 1/2" wide, 4" deep, oval shape well for soap above bird's head, hang towel around bird's neck, very interesting piece of decorative item in the powder room. It is in good condition.

DESCRIPTION: A sturdy wooden champagne grape box or crate used in French vineyards at harvest time. This one has touches of red paint, “GHM MA CHAMPAGNE” stenciled on both sides and handholds notched into the slats at the top. These boxes enhance a country provincial decorating style while functioning as split log holders for the fireplace or the perfect place to toss your wet or snowy boots in winter. American Lenox Porcelain gold band Coffee Pot, retailed by "Tiffany & Co." 11" high include top, 7" wide include handle and spout, 1930, top rim is decorated interesting etched gold lines. Marked with green "Lenox, Tiffany & Co.", and "X 1367/F51" in gold on the bottom. The condition is good, no damages.

Offered here is an eye-catching vessel by Ingrid Atterberg for Upsala-Ekeby, Sweden. It measures 4 3/4" (12cm) and is 5" (12.5cm) in diameter. On the underside is incised UE, Abg, the number 2028, and Sweden. Mint condition.

Hewn from one piece of wood, our porcine friend leisurely resided for many years on the enclosed back porch of historic Coolmore Plantation, Taroboro, NC (see last photo of home). In very good condition, she does have some age cracks, but is very solid. Measures 21 inches long x 13" high x 12" and weights 21 lbs. Age unknown so we are listing as vintage.

DESCRIPTION: A pair of beautiful 20th C. handcrafted canoe paddles, skillfully laminated from select high-grade exotic woods including curly maple, rosewood, walnut, satinwood and mahogany, each with geometric inlays. These paddles are so elegant you'll want to hang them in you lake or river home as décor, although they are perfectly suited for actual use. Red lacquer and gold sakazuki / sake cup, a ceremonial wine cup. Between the arms of the cross are Japanese signs of good luck. Signed on the back, within the foot rim. Diameter "3 ¼ / 8 cm. Condition: some damp stains (cf. pics).

Heisey by Imperial Mallard is about 7" tall and the color is Amber Marble. This "wings up" duck is in mint condition. Made in the 1960's.

A very nicely painted delicate porcelain cup, saucer and cup cover painted predominantly with carp but including a lobster and a couple of fish. All three pieces have elaborate painted borders. Gilding is used on the carp and the borders. The two handled cup is marked in red with a stamp, “CHINA” inside an oval. This mark seems to have been predominantly used in the first part of the 20th century. The saucer is 5 ¼ inches (13 cm) diameter...

This porcelain and silver tea cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Freidrich Deusch silver company circa 1950. The set retains its original paper labels which cover the porcelain blank mark. The saucer is 6 inches in diameter and the cup is 2 inches high. A delightful design of hand painted birds and flowers is outlined in silver. It is a rare and desirable set to find. Early Carder Steuben gold Aurene vase with ruffled rim. The 3 1/4 inch tall vase measures 4 inches across the rim, is signed “Aurene 162" and has the soft early coloration of the early production pieces. There is a polished pontil and a stretched onion skin effect on the rim. The piece is in excellent condition.
