A large, beautiful, Tiffany style lamp. The lamp is 34 inches (87 cm) tall (to the top of the finial). The shade itself is 19 1/2 inches (50 cm) wide and 8 1/2 inches high (10 inches tall to the metal-top). The contemporary lamp takes three bulbs on the upper sockets and one bulb in the lower, inside-body socket. The lamp is in good condition.

These four Minton Gold Ancestral dessert plates (#S 595) are quite handsome indeed. Each are marked on the back and also each has the Minton imprint. The brown-red transfer decoration of flowers and leaves is painted with turquoise and pink enamel to accent the flowers. Each plate is trimmed in gold and is in excellent condition. This 1987 Annual Easter Figurine, Fourth Edition, features a yellow chick with orange beak and feet. His eyes are brown. This figurine is approx. 3 1/2" in height. Printed on the bottom of the figurine is: 1987 Goebel W. Germany. Number imprinted on the bottom of this figurine is 153.

A lovely signed "Hand Made in Greece Ikaros Pottery B420" with a small 4 at the bottom. In excellent condition though the rim has a slight imperfection original to the piece that is not noticeable except to the touch. The piece measures 8" (h) x 7" (w). The Ikaros factory was located in Rhodes,Greece and ceased production in 1988.

This porcelain miniature tureen was produced in Hungary by Herend in 1976. It is a commemorative piece celebrating 150 years of production by Herend. It measures 5 1/4 inches across the handles and is 3 3/4 inches high. It is made of fine, hard paste porcelain. The piece is decorated with garlands of stylized corn flowers and foliage. German heavy gray color stoneware Stein, or Tankard, 8" high, 3 1/4" diameter-top rim and 4 1/2" diameter-bottom diameter, with molded design of two(2) men drinking beer beside the dog and two(2) smiling women passing by them, in dark blue background. Impressed mark "Germany" and number "2" on the bottom. The condition is good, no damage.

Number 9 in a series of 12 Fornasetti plates commissioned in the 1970’s by Martini & Rossi. Each plate depicts an item in their wine museum in Pessione, in this case the first barrel – Il Primo Tino - used for the fabrication of the famous Martini vermouth. Pessione is a village in northern Italy, not far from Torino. The back of the plate gives a contextual presentation of the plate and has the Fornasetti brush in hand mark. Diameter "9 ¼ / 23.7 cm. Condition: fine.

A work of studio pottery, found in Southern California, the color a rich earthy brown, the vessel pierced intentionally by the artist to create naturalistic openings, similar to the distinctive style of Peter Voulkos (1924-2002). Surprisingly I do not see a studio potter by this name, but the artist was obviously talented and also familiar with Voulkos' acclaimed work.
