Silver and wood two arm candelabra with a silver center bowl for another candle or flowers etc; inset silver half circular disks below the bowl. Dimensions: 10 inches long by 4 1/4 inches tall by 4 3/4 inches wide. No monogram. Marked as illustrated in photo. In excellent condition. A rare find!

This wonderful vintage piece is handmade by Morgantown Glass. The wine bowl is surrounded by medallions of dancing nudes and flaming torches. It sits on the Ballerina stem (#7630) of pulled glass that is attached to the broad, clear foot. This stem stands 6" tall and is in excellent, undamaged condition. A very elegant Art Deco cranberry-cut-to-clear crystal cocktail shaker. The glass is very clear and quite heavy. The style of cutting suggests Val Saint-Lambert as the most likely maker. The shaker is finished with a silverplate strainer and cap.

Origin: probably Belgium, ca. 1925. Condition: excellent, no chips or cracks, very minor plating loss on cap. Dimensions: 9" tall.

This porcelain covered box was produced in Hungary by Herend between 1950 and 1970. It has an artist’s signature on the bottom. The diameter of the box is 4 1/2 inches and it is 3 3/4 inches high. The box stands on three scrolled feet. It is made of fine, white hard paste porcelain with a high glaze finish. The painting on the lid and sides are delightful. There are fruits, vegetables and flowers hand painted with brightly colored enamels...

Arts & crafts period copper dish by Gorham, c.1852-1865. It is signed: "GORHAM CO. Y126 (anchor in lozenge) and additional mark" and measures 9 1/2" by7 1/4" 1" high. It has a bronze color patina with some dark spots. There is a slight bend that can easily be straightened out on an edge. Cotton hand made sunbonnet quilt, c.1930's. There are 42 sunbonnets in this 64" by 78" quilt. The sunbonnets are made of various fabrics and are highlighted with large black stitching on a white background. The back is made of red and blue floral fabrics. A superb and important example of Wilhelm Kage's Farsta series. This vase measures 8 1/4" high and 6 1/2" wide. The glaze is in browns and tans and the decorations is of incised squares, rectangles and vertical lines; it is truly a work of art. On the underside is incised Farsta nine times, Kage, the Gustavsberg hand, Studio, and the letter Y, which dates this piece to 1954. Condition is mint. Museum quality.

Terrific ruby red glass dumbbell cocktail shaker by West Virginia Specialty Glass Co. The shaker was made in several different colors, with the ruby red being one of the most desirable. The shaker is pictured in Visakay's book.

A fascinating manipulation of fired on patination to the copper or bronze, shouldered vase. A rich, earthy copper red fired on patina is on the interior and on the exterior serving as background to irregular streams, inlets and pools of dappled verdigris among, and picked out by, (seemingly) flames of speckled gold fading into the background color. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1154 sweet pea vase - part of the Spanish Knobs variation - in pink cased glass. (A layer of pink glass over an inner milk-white layer, this treatment is very rare as it was only made from 1938 to about 1940.)The vase is approximately 4 1/2 inches high and in perfect condition...

The leather plaque on the interior zipper compartment says : made in Italy for Lord & Taylor, 100% mink. A heavy pewter jigger in the form of a shotgun shell by Conoy’s of London. The side is marked off in increments, and the head and rim and finished in brass. The side is engraved “Big Shot.” Conoy’s started as a luxury pipe maker and eventually expanded their range to include canes, flasks, and other gentlemen’s accessories.

An uncommon boxed set of twelve Art Deco sterling silver cocktail picks with red bakelite finials in the shape of maraschino cherries.
