The Steuben apple was introduced in 1940 and designed by Angus McDougall. It is still a favorite today. It measures 4" high and is perfect condition. It is Steuben number 7874D.

A classic Art Deco figural cocktail shaker in the form of traditional milk can by Reed & Barton. The “Milk Can” was introduced in 1959 and came in two sizes, with the 32-ounce size retailing for $35. This shaker was a luxury product and was made with Reed & Barton’s highest quality plating. The bottom is stamped “Reed & Barton/27/32 oz.” It also retains the original paper lable.

A very rare French first standard silver (950/1000 pure silver) tastevin, the bottom bearing the coat of arms of the Confrerie des Chevaliers du Tastevin. The arms depict St. Vincent, patron saint of winemakers. The body is further decorated with the traditional raised "perles" for highlighting the reflections in the wine and recessed "cupules" and elongated "godrons" intended to concentrate the color during tasting. The handle is worked in the snake motif traditional in Burgundian tastevins...

A Pair of Sterling Silver Compotes by Alvin Silver Co., of Providence, RI (acquired by Gorham in 1828). From the 1920's. Monogram "D" on one compote. Dimensions; 6" in diameter x 3" high; 12 Troy ounces. Excellent condition.

This beautiful brilliant bowl seems to be unsigned, but it is truly beautiful and extremely heavy. There is one tiny flake at the top of one of the teeth. It measures 9" in diameter.

This is an absolutely beautiful piece of glass, and the decoration is so elegant. I believe it started life as a vase and was made into a lamp at a later date. The background glass is sort of mottled, but almost in stripes, in gray, gold and white. It is decorated on both sides with lotus blossoms. The paint on the blossoms is so thick that it is three-dimensional. The beautiful piece of glass measures 16" tall as a vase, and 32" tall with the attached harp. It is in perfect condition.

Mary Gregory Spa Cup - This is a great spa cup with handle, having a lovely scene with a young girl in it. It is marked Karlsbad on the top, and has measurements on the side by the handle. There is very slight gold loss on the trim. It measures 4 1/2" tall x 2 1/2 diameter on top.

Two proud little Royal Copenhagen penguins standing together. Numbered 1190, they are in perfect condition and measure 4" tall x 3" wide.

This is an intaglio cut crystal Hawkes water goblet (partial Hawkes signature visible), ca. 1920, in the Gravic Fruit pattern, with luscious, acid-etched and frosted plums, apples, and pears suspended from beautifully incised branches; with a knopped stem and square incised foot. Feels weighty and wonderful to the touch. Hawkes’ intaglio glass was known as Gravic Glass. Condition: excellent. Measurement: 7 _ in. h.

Stunning cut glass compote from the brilliant period. I can't find a signature, but I'm sure its identifiable to an expert on patterns. This is an absolutely beautiful Moser vase, measuring 12" tall x 3 3/4" wide. It is green to clear with deep intaglio lilies that are exquisitely done. This vase is in mint condition.

This is beautiful piece that can be used as a candlestick holder or a small vase. It has a lovely Scandinavian, flowing design. Made of sterling silver, it stands 5 1/8" tall. Its base has a diameter of 3". It weighs 3 ounces. The base is marked with a whale hallmark and marked DENMARK. I have left it unpolished. It is truly beautiful and in excellent condition.

This is a small round Continental silver repousse Vinagrette box made in Italy, circa 1925, the lid having a pictorial scene with a man playing the cello to an audience surrounded by a scroll border, the sides with swags and garlands, gilt wash inside, marks worn but decipherable, fleur de lys Makers Mark, MADE IN ITALY, COPPINI, 800; Measures 1 5/8 in. diameter. Overall condition is very good with some wear to the gilt. A nice container to hold pills or a tooth for the Good Fairy.

Beautiful pair of 800 silver sabbath candlesticks brought from Germany to the USA before World War II. They have the markings (which my camera was unable to photograph) of the maker Korner Proll, Berlin. Handpainted pedestal cup and saucer with a woman with a cherub playing a mandolin. There is another cherub painted on the back side of the cup. There is the behive mark on both cup and saucer, and the bottom of the cup is marked "Musik." It is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or repairs, and the gold is also perfect.

A classic mid-20th century French silver tastevin of traditional form. The bowl is decorated with angled godrons for evaluating white wines and small convex perles and larger concave cupules for use with red wines. The handle, also, is in the traditional snake form. Up until the mid-20th century, a few silversmiths in France were able to raise an entire tastevin from a single Napoleon III 5-franc coin...

Beautiful Meissen charger in perfect condition. It has a pink background with gold gilt relive on flowers and border. This lovely charger was obviously well loved, as it has no wear to the gold, no cracks, chips, scratches or repairs. It measures 11" diameter.

This is a set of nine 20th Century Dresden flower rimmed soup bowls, each handpainted with a different bouquet of Deutsche blumen within lovely shaped gilt rims, marked "Dresden" under an 8-pointed star (the mid-century mark of Adolf Hamann). This charming stylized Murano glass poodle is made with uranium glass and complimented with a generous distribution of gold aventurine. A classic Art Deco porcelain water jug advertising Ricard Anisette. In the south of France, tradition dictates that Ricard and other anise-flavored spirits be drunk with a side of water. Makers such as Ricard and Pernod provided advertising pitchers to local bars to increase their sales. This globe form is the classic shape from the first half of the 20th century. The bottom is marked “Ateliers de Céramique Ricard/Made in France”.

Ruby and crystal cornucopia pair in excellent condition. These can be vases, but the horizontal presentation of the cornucopia pair is sculptural and dramatic. These were protected over the years with felt pads at the crystal feet. Each piece is 14"h x 8" x 8". The dimension of the main photo horizontal display of the two forms is 22". Similar cornucopia by Seguso can be found in Leslie Pinas book "ARCHIMEDE SEGUSO", pgs. 202-206

The Steuben owl was designed in 1955 by Donald Pollard. It is still being made today. It is 5" tall, and is in perfect condition. It is Steuben number 8065W.
