This porcelain figurine of a kitten was produced in Bavaria by Rosenthal between 1921 and 1922. It is signed by the artist, Theodore Karner. The kitten measures 6 ½ inches long, 3 1/2 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches high. The figure is modeled with great attention to detail. Karner is known for giving his creations wonderful personality. Description: Excellent color, long handle, Doric type columns, road imprinted with wheel marks terminating at a gate across the far end, arched leaves overhead, rolled in top with pulled pouring spout.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Meissen in the mid 20th century. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/4 inches and the cup is 2 inches high. The cup features an entwined branch handle. Both pieces are expertly hand painted with realistic flowers that are brightly colored. The cup and saucer have matching flowers. The rims are trimmed with gold. Condition: Excellent. This is a first quality set.

I am not a specialist in this sort of thing, but will describe to the best of my ability: this is a vintage, circa 1920's to early 1940's at latest, ceramic work depicting a distant fairy castle, towering cumulus clouds in the sky, a grove of trees at right balancing the scene. Measurements are 9 1/2" by 10 1/2" by 7/8" thick, and the piece weighs roughly 2 3/4 pounds. More than likely this is by one of the known ceramic works of California from the Arts and Crafts period; found in Los Angeles...

This very large Faience vase designed by Stig Lindberg measures 15 1/4" (39cm) tall. On the underside is impressed Hand Drejad (hand thrown) and the old Gustavsberg anchor insignia. Painted in blue is Sweden, the number 121-T-621, and the Gustavsberg hand insignia. The artist who painted this piece is Franca Pugno, whose symbol of an x in a box is painted in red. This piece is featured on page 6 of the Faience brochure published by Gustavsberg. Mint condition.

This really pretty Dresden Duchess 7 Inch Salad Plate was made by Harker China. This Plate is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. The decoration and gold trim is all very good.
