A fine quality, fully hand painted English bone china covered oval entree dish dated 1907. Made by Royal Crown Derby in the 6452 pattern, this 11-1/4" x 7-3/4" serving dish has a cobalt band with matte gold painting including a grape vine motif and white enamel jewelling. It is marked on both pieces with the orange ROYAL CROWN DERBY ENGLAND 6452 mark, the M year letter (for 1907) and an underglaze stamped DERBY 6-07...

This pair of porcelain sea lions was produced in Germany by Rosenthal in the 1950s. They measure about 5 inches long, 4 inches wide and 3 1/2 inches tall. They are signed by the artist K. Himmelstoss, a fine modeler who worked at Rosenthal. These adorable little guys look like they are kissing. They are well modeled and hand painted. Artisans at Rosenthal created animal figures with character and personality as you can see. Condition: Excellent first quality.

Oversize salt fired bowl by Cynthia Bringle (legendary American studio potter, born 1939), circa 1970-1980, fresh from a Charlotte NC estate. In excellent original condition. Signed with full incised signature "Cynthia Bringle". Almost 16" across, 9" high. Bringle's works are in the collections of the High Museum of Art, the Mint Museum of Art, the Brooks Memorial Art Gallery, the Craft and Folk Museum in Los Angeles...

This porcelain monkey was produced in Denmark by Royal Copenhagen in 1964. The marking indicated this year. It is initialed by the artist Niels Nielsen. It measures 5 inches high and is 3 inches wide. The artist portrays a female monkey in a serene pose. She looks contented, sleepy and apparently pregnant. The modeling is well done and captures the character of our distant relative. She is hand painted in a naturalistic manner. Condition: Exellent first quality.

Vintage demitasse cup and saucer by Royal Doulton in the "Reynard the Fox" pattern. The saucer measures approximately 4.5" in diameter and the cup measures approximately 2.5" tall and 2 1/8" in diameter across the base. It has a riding crop detail for the handle that stretches around the base. The fox and crop detail are slightly raised and beautifully hand-painted. The set is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing.

This porcelain German Shepherd figurine was produced in Germany by Rosenthal in the 1960s. It measures 11 1/2 inches high, 7 1/2 inches long and 3 3/4 inches wide. The dog is nicely modeled with specific attention to details of the breed. His coloring is by hand. He has a very attentive demeanor, seemingly waiting for his next command. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain figurine of a kitten was produced in Bavaria by Rosenthal between 1921 and 1922. It is signed by the artist, Theodore Karner. The kitten measures 6 ½ inches long, 3 1/2 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches high. The figure is modeled with great attention to detail. Karner is known for giving his creations wonderful personality. The coloring is done by hand. This little kitty has the most mischievous expression. Any moment that toy will be ripped to shreds...

These 4 porcelain ramekins were produced in France by Gerard, Dufraisseix and Abbot Limoges in the 1940s. The under plates have a diameter of 5 inches and the cups have a diameter of 4 inches. They are decorated with a transfer design. The garlands of flowers contain large pink roses. The cups are decorated inside and outside. There is gold trim and gilded accents on both pieces...

These 6 porcelain plates were produced in England by Royal Worcester in 1958. The markings on the back indicate this year of manufacture. The plates have a diameter of 10 3/4 inches. They are made of fine bone china. Each plate is hand painted with a different spray of flowers and are signed by the artist Freeman. The flowers are vibrantly, and realistically rendered. The flowers account for an area of 3 1/2 inches in diameter...
