Three small dishes in a soft leaflike shape, in the white and very thinly glazed. From the Revernay pottery (founded in a village with that name around 1900 and moved to Vallauris in southern France after WWII). Many avantgarde ceramists who worked in modernist style – one of them being Picasso – gathered in Vallauris in the 50s and 60s. Width "3 / 7.5 cm. Condition: rim frits to one dish (cf. pics).

Here is a lovely small tray in an exquisite blue and brown glaze by Wilhelm Kage for Gustavsberg, Sweden. It measures 1 1/4" (3cm) high and is 5 1/2" (14cm) in diameter. On the understand Farsta is impressed on each of the four feet, Gustavsberg, Kage, the Gustavsberg Studio hand insignia, Studio, and the date code Y. This piece was created in 1954. The name Hjelmberg is also etched. Mint condition.

A classic late Art Deco or early modernist porcelain water jug advertising Ricard Anisette. In the south of France, tradition dictates that anise-flavored aperitifs should be served with water to dilute the drink. Makers such as Ricard and Pernod provided advertising pitchers to local bars and cafes to increase their sales. This important and fantastic example of Farsta pieces designed by Wilhelm Kåge for Gustavsberg measures 8 5/8" (22cm). On the underside of the base is incised KÅGE, and I.9. Impressed is Gustavsberg, the Studio hand insignia, and Farsta (five times). This extraordinary piece, a supreme example of Kåge's inventiveness, was created in 1959. Mint condition.

This really nice Wildfire 9 inch diameter small dinner plate was made by Hall China in the 1940s to 1950s. This dinner plate is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. This pair of porcelain swans was produced in the United States by Lenox between 1930 and 1960. They measure 4 3/4 inches long and 3 1/8 inches high. The porcelain swan forms a little cup like vessel in which to hold nuts or mints. The porcelain is molded in the shape of a swan with graceful neck and defined feathers. It is colored salmon pink. The edges of the wing, tail and feet are accented with gold. Condition: Excellent

A small double handled small pot or jar by Robert Picault in French Vallauris. Geometric decoration in blue and white, c. 1960. Width including handles "5¼/ 13 cm, height "1¾/ 4,5 cm. Condition: fine.

This porcelain bowl was produced in Germany by Nymphenburg in the mid 20th century. It has both an impressed shield and printed mark. It is 8 1/8 inches in diameter and 1 1/2 inches deep. The porcelain is designed with molded ribs and slight scallops on the rim. It is hand painted with a bouquet of flowers in the center and little buds dotting the border. The rim is trimmed with gold. The quality and value of this piece is evident in its workmanship. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in England by Shelley before 1950. The numbers 1301/101 are on the bottom. This may be a pattern identification. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/2 inches and the cup is 2 1/4 inches high. The porcelain is fine, white bone china. The cup is can shaped. The set has an overlay of gilding which covers all of the white area on each piece. It is reminiscent of chintz...

English Crown Staffordshire Porcelain Demitasse Cup and Saucer, with small pink flower design, cup-2 1/4" high, 3" wide include handle, saucer-4 7/8" diameter. Marked "Crown Staffordshire", "Made in England" on the bottom. The condition is good.

Black transferware on cream Wedgwood porcelain plates of jungle animals. The plates were made from hand engravings by the Wedgwood School of Engraving. The border was designed the wife of James Stevenson-Hamilton, the first warden of Kruger National Park. In excellent condition, they measure 10.75 inches in diameter.

A group of four small French Vallauris 1950's Demi-Demi (half-half) pieces: a handled black and white jug and a black and white pitcher, a mini vase in turquoise blue and black, and a small yellow and black cache-pot. All probably by Cérenne. Height "3 ¼/ 8 cm to "5 ¾/ 14,5 cm. Condition: the jug with a minimal flake to the rim.
