This fine china is the American Franciscan Ivy pattern. The dinner plate is 10 3/8" in diameter, embossed, and hand-painted under glaze. It was made by the Gladding, McBean & Company circa 1948

One dinner plate shows very little crazing and the other shows the crazing in the bottom of the plate. Pictures 2 and 3 show the back stamps for each of these plates. These plates retail for $29.95 each.

Excellent squat Rookwood vase with raised decoration featuring large three-leaf clovers and flowers. The flowers, particularly, are molded in fairy high relief, so that the glaze is thinner over the tips of the petals, creating lovely shading. The glaze is shiny, but with an orange peel texture, and is colored a medium chocolate brown...

These "Liberty Blue" dinner plates are 9 7/8" in diameter. They have a blue and white floral rim with a scene of Independence Hall in the center. They are in excellent condition.

This Roseville 'Donatello" 9 13/16" interior rim,11 3/4" diameter low bowl was made in 1915. See picture for closeup of factory flaw. Otherwise, perfect

This pattern was product of Harry W. Rhead, and was Roseville's first major success.It has a band cherubs in a wide variety of scenes separated by trees on a light brown background. Several rows of white piping are used to emphasize the rim, base and the band of cherubs. unmarked!

A finely sculpted bust of a young man with exceptional patina of finely blended earth and bronze pigments. Physical condition is superb, but a small amount of finish has worn around the left eye and on the top of the head exposing a green substrate, yet harmonious with the earthen finish. Signed on the back of the neck. We have been unable to decipher the signature; yet the work speaks well for the unidentified artist. Dimension: 13" h

Scheier Art pottery plate by Edwin and Mary Scheier in a mat mauve glaze with stylized decoration of two faces. Mint condition. Circa 1950. Size: 7 1/8 inches in diameter. Signed on the underside with an incised Scheier mark. Scheier Pottery was the result of a collaboration by the husband/wife team of ceramicists, Edwin Scheier and Mary Goldsmith. DESCRIPTION: A lovely set of five red clay Mexican earthenware nesting bowls, dating from the 1950's. The bowls are decorated in fluid strokes of blue between blue line borders on a white/cream ground. The interiors have a line of blue around the inner circumference with dollops of green glaze. Very good condition, no chips, original imperfections that add to the charm. DIMENSIONS: Largest bowl: 10.25 diameter x 4.75” high. Smallest bowl: 5.5” diameter x 2” high.

Large size Lenox Rose Pattern Porcelain and Sterling Rim serving Charger, Platter, Ca. 1930's, 14 1/2" diameter, 3" high, and 1" wide for Sterling Rim with repoussé repeated pattern and multiple smaller rose and floral design in outer circle, and large bouquet of floral design in the center. Marked "Lenox, made in USA" in green, "Lenox Rose" in purple plus sterling marked "Wallace Sterling 4179" on the bottom. The condition is good, no damages.

The McCoy urn vase is from the early 1940s.
