This pair of porcelain plates was produced in England by Royal Doulton in 1938. They measure 10 1/2 inches in diameter. They are made of fine bone china that is ivory in color. Pair English Porcelain Plates, early 1900's, 9" diameter, Pink and Red Peony Flowering trees in the rock garden in the center, transfer design with raised enamel painted over the glaze in some areas, and cobalt blue color of leaves finished with gold lines over the glaze. They will make a very nice display cabinet plates. Impressed mark on the bottom but could not read clearly. The condition is good, no damages.

Charming Art Deco child's porcelain cup and saucer decorated with transfer scenes depicting "Little Boy Blue".
