DESCRIPTION: A lovely set of five red clay Mexican earthenware nesting bowls, dating from the 1950's. The bowls are decorated in fluid strokes of blue between blue line borders on a white/cream ground. The interiors have a line of blue around the inner circumference with dollops of green glaze. Very good condition, no chips, original imperfections that add to the charm. DIMENSIONS: Largest bowl: 10.25 diameter x 4.75” high. Smallest bowl: 5.5” diameter x 2” high.

A classic mid-century porcelain water jug advertising Ricard anisette. In the south of France, tradition dictates that a pitcher of water should be served alongside anise-flavored aperitifs to dilute the drink. Makers such as Ricard and Pernod provided advertising pitchers to local bars and cafes to increase their sales. The squared-off shape is less common than the traditional globe-shaped pitcher, and only became popular after World War II...

A vintage pair of Chinese porcelain vases purchased in New York during the early 70's. The sexagonal vases feature a bird and flower motif. The gilded rims show faint wear. Marked with a red stamp seal and Made in Hong Kong label. 12-1/4" (h), just shy of 5-1/2" (w).

The size of Figurine: 5" H x3 1/2" W x 2" D. This is Lovely Vintage Hummel Figurine, Boy w/violin and Puppy Dog. It is Made in W. Germany during period of 1958 - 1972. It has inscription signature of M. J. Hummel on the stand. The condition of Figurine is excellent. Please note the crackle glaze on figure is from original when the figure was in kiln and it is not forced crackle hairline. It was purchased in West Germany in 1970.

An early Troika vase or marmalade pot, ca 1970. Of square shape, relief decorated, the matted glaze in purple, black and orange, the inside white glazed. Troika was a group of three art potters, based in St Ives. Troika pieces were sold through Liberty of London. This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in England by Royal Worcester in 1940. It has date markings indicating this year. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/4 inches.The cup is 2 1/4 inches tall with a diameter of 2 1/4 inches. The cup features a pedestal base and unique handle. The cup and saucer are signed by the artist E. Townsend. Luscious looking fruits are brilliantly hand painted on both pieces. The well of the saucer, interior of the cup and handle are gilded...

Here is a lovely and rare red Argenta fruit platter designed by Wilhelm Kage for Gustavsberg, Sweden. It measures 7 1/2" in diameter. On the underside is stamped in gold the old Gustavsberg anchor insignia, Argenta, the model number 1003 I. The original label is partially intact (see photo). All silver intact.

English Royal Worcester Cromwell Porcelain Demitasse Cup and Saucer, 4 1/2" diameter and 7/8" high-saucer, 2 3/4" wide handle included, 2 1/4" high-cup, ribbed vertical lines and Lemon color rim and border and rose inside the cup, the condition is good.

Spectacular find set of 6: cups and saucers and teapot. all in very good condition. One tiny nick on one saucer.

Rookwood Vase mold number 2111 dated 1926. Height: 6 1/8 inches. The color is Turquoise blue. The horizontal lines visible in one of the views are crazing lines in the glaze. There are no chips, cracks or repairs. Fully marked with Rookwood Flame mark, XXVI, and 2111 with the finishers mark of Albersman. Vase shape designed by Lorinda Epply.

Seven(7) Lenox Porcelain Bouillon Soup Inserts or Liners for sterling holder, 2" high, 4 1/8" dia.-top rim, 1 3/4" dia.-bottom rim, 3" dia.-middle under the wide top, with gold rim border on top, and green mark on the bottom. The condition is good, no damage. Sell $20.00 for each piece.

Lovely pair of porcelain compotes in the "Dresden Garland" pattern by Schumann. The pierced rims are heavily decorated with colorful flowers and gilding. Each compote is centered with a floral bouquet surrounded by entwined gilt and floral garlands. The decorative motifs are echoed on the pedestals. The bottoms are marked by Schumann.

Origin: Germany, ca. 1920. Condition: mint. Size: 7-1/2" diameter; 4-5/8" tall.

Three German dishes with sprayed decoration in black and brown/orange. Geometric Déco style, around 1930. Mark to one dish: Made in Germany, Mustersch(utz) = Protected Pattern, and stamped mark depicting a traditional workman. Diameter "6¾/ 17 cm. Condition: fine.

This interesting vase has a notch in it making it look a little like Pac Man, but giving it a very distinct form. However, we believe that it was created in a studio by excellent ceramicists who decorated the vase with free flowing green and blue glazes. One side has a stack of incised chevrons running down the center. The underside is marked with what appears to be W NZ VI, marks whose identity elude us...
