A “Seaweed” bowl by Vicke Lindstrand (1904 – 1983). The Seaweed series with its streaks of mainly green and black uses the variation of Graal glass called Mykene, developed by V.L. while he was still working for Orrefors in the 1930s. Marked Kosta LH 1107. Width "5 ¼ / 13 cm, height "2 ½ / 6.5 cm. Condition: fine.
The bottle flares out at the bottom. The bottom is decorated with six thumb prints that form a flower design.

This art object by Tapio Wirkkala for IIttala, number 3572, was in production from 1954 to 1957. This piece was produced in 1957. It measures 3 3/8" (10cm) tall and is 3" (8cm) in diameter. On the underside is etched TAPIO WIRKKALA IITTALA 3572-57. Mint condition.

Offered is this beautiful 'Ariel' glass bottle-vase designed by Edvin Ohrstrom at Orrefors. The vase is 4 inches (10 cm) tall and 2 1/2 inches (6,3 cm) wide at the bottom. It is in excellent condition and is properly signed.
This vase is in exceptional condition, having no cracks, chips or repairs. The vase is heavy, thick walled, and has a lovely Chartreuse color. Bengt Edenfalk vase for Skruf. This squat, rounded corner vase is from the 1950's Spun series where glass threads are wound around the exterior of the piece as decoration. Edenfalk was a designer for Skruf from 1953 to 1978, then Kosta from 1978 on, pieces from the Spun series were featured in a major exhibition at Corning Museum of Glass in 1959. This large, heavy vase stands 11 inches (28cm) tall and tapers to 9.5 inches (24cm) wide at the opening. The rim of vase is gently scalloped. The clear ice-blue color of the glass is typical of Stromberg, and the vase is signed in script "strombergshyttan B99" to the base. An art glass vase by Swedish designer, Kjell Englaman.There is a Kosta Boda label and the piece is signed along with a production number 49111. It measures approximately 7-5/8" x 6" and weighs 2.9lbs.
A beautiful art glass vase, made by Bertil Valien for kosta Boda - it belongs to the 'Artist Collection' series. Vase is properly marked on the bottom (see last picture). It is 4 1/2 inches (11,5 cm) tall and 4 1/4 inches (11 cm) wide. It is in fine condition.
