This is a STERLING BABY SPOON with an ANGEL on the Handle manufactured by REED AND BARTON. The size is 3 9/16" long, the bowl measures 1 1/8" X 1 1/4". A very scarce Watson and Newell demitasse spoon of an African American child eating watermelon. The spoon has “Shreveport, LA” engraved in the bowl. The back is marked “Sterling” and has the Watson & Newell logo. The spoon is shown as item 562-4 on the Watson and Newell 1900-1910 catalog page illustrating “Souvenirs for the South.”

This State of Pennsylvania sterling souvenir spoon is 5 7/8" long. It depicts the state of Pennsylvania seal on the front along with William Penn, the liberty bell and the state flower.

The reverse represents the back of the head in a floral setting. Each spoon measures 4 1/2" long. They are signed "800 German marks star" on the back. This Denver souvenir fork is 5 1/4" in length and is marked with the word "sterling" only on the reverse. It features the Columbine flower and scroll work in the bowl.

This hollow handle silver plate monogrammed luncheon / desert forks are 7 3/4" long. They have the monogram "F" barely visible. They show some signs of wear on on obverse. They are the 1847 Rogers Bros. This was made in 1904.

This "Charter Oak: Medium solid cold meat server fork (1906)by International Silver is hallmarked 8147 Rodgers. The monogram is "M". It is silver plate. It is 8 1/2" long.

REPLY: Available and quite sharp. Vintage ornate granulated chased applied rope silver metal work dagger, sheath and chain scarf hair pin tie clip. The blade edges were made wavy.
Simply stamped: 5 and 900 (90% compared to 92.5% for sterling) presumably for the silver content as it tests at least that. Just under 2 1/2". Super condition with decades of rich patina.

An unmarked but Arts and Crafts period bud vase with a square and austere silver plated base and a hand blown and pulled square glass vase insert with a flared neck c1890-1900. This vase measures 7/8" across the base and it stands 6" high; it has all of the handcrafted style expected in the Arts and Crafts European style of this era. We were informed that it probably came from Scotland originally...
