Being offered is an exceptional and rare circa 1950 sterling silver pitcher by Hector Aguilar, of Taxco, Mexico. Entirely handwrought bulbous form pitcher with a cylindrical incised decorated neck; with superb geometric handle. No monogram. Great weight, a hefty 32 ozs. Marked as illustrated in photo.

This small, sterling silver container has a basket weave pattern and a nice patina. It stands 2 3/4" tall. The bottom is marked with the eagle assay with 3. It is also marked TAXCO MEXICO 925, in a circle with the maker's mark in the middle: looks like a stylized FS. It is in excellent condition. The diameter of the bottom is 1 3/4". The top's diameter is 2 1/8". it weighs 1 ounce.

A nice pair of vintage c1900-20 copper patinated cast iron bookends in the form of Indian elephants. Measuring 5" long and standing 4" tall, these unsigned library or shelf decorations are in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some slight surface rusting on the base of one and some minor casting flaws on the other (each has a few small paint flecks)...

Extremely rare sleek & elegant pair of hand wrought sterling silver candlesticks designed and signed c. 1950's by Taxco, Mexico modernist designer Antonio Pineda (1919-2009). Each stick measures 8 1/4" high with a 2 3/4" base. The pair weighs 612 grams or 1 1/2 lbs. Exquisite condition. Each stick hallmarked on base. Antonio designs are included in the permanent 20th century Mexican silver collection at Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

A classic silverplated single-serving cocktail shaker by Napier in 1934 specifically to be sold at Saks Fifth Avenue. The shakers were made in two variations, one with a dial on the top indicating the type of cocktail within and this version, with the profile of a rooster on the lid. The shaker has a built-in strainer and pouring spout. When removed, the lid becomes a footed cocktail glass. The bottom of the shaker is stamped "Napier Pat. Pend."

A Dutch silver figural sugar sifter spoon from the 1920s. This 5-1/2" nicely detailed table serving spoon features a woman carrying two pails as the finial and the bowl is nicely pierced. It has an obscured maker's mark and a difficult to see sword mark on the join of the handle and bowl and it could date anywhere from the 1900s to the 1950s. A classic Art Deco figural cocktail shaker in the form of traditional milk can by Reed & Barton. The “Milk Can” was introduced in 1959 and came in two sizes, with the 32-ounce size retailing for $35. This shaker was a luxury product and was made with Reed & Barton’s highest quality plating. The bottom is stamped “Reed & Barton/27/32 oz.” It also retains the original paper lable.
