This is a stunning cast brass Virginia Metalcrafter Louis XVI inkwell and stand. It is 9 1/2" long by 3" tall x 6" wide. We do have the correct inkwell and cap ( also marked Virginia Metalcrafters).

Pair of nautilus-shaped silver and ebony handmade ashtrays by William Spratling, Mexico, c.1940. More a work of art than anything, this lush silver design sits on a silver base which then sits on a rectangular ebony base. They each have a curved oval at the top of the silver opening to hold the cigarette. In excellent condition, they each measure 2" high by 2 or 2 1/4" wide(hand made and not exactly the same)...

An Art Deco cube shape sterling silver mustard pot and matching salt cellar, both with cobalt glass liners. They are both hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1924, and they have the maker's mark for A.& J. Zimmerman Limited (1902-). The mustard pot stands 2-1/8" high to the top of the finial and the body of each piece is 1-1/2" across...

A sterling silver Sherry bottle ticket or tag on a chain for hanging on a bottle neck. This tag is fully hallmarked for London, England 1967. It has the maker`s mark for SJ Rose & Son and it weighs 13.7 grams. This item is in excellent condition with no monograms, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. A vintage sterling silver vermouth dispenser in the form of a syringe by Gorham. These were called “Martini Spikes” when sold by Gorham in the 1960s. The functioning plunger allows vermouth to be drawn up into the syringe and then dispensed in precisely-calibrated medical dosages into your favorite cocktail. The syringe originally cost $10. The syringe is accompanied by an illustrated instruction card and the original fitted box.

A Sterling Silver Four Footed Georgian Style Sugar and Creamer Made by Mueck-Cary Co., now Towle, dating from the 1940's. The creamer is 4" high x 4 1/4" wide and weighs 4 Troy ounces; the sugar is 3 1/4" high x 5" wide and weighs 4 Troy ounces.

Hand painted round Green Tole Tray, 15 1/2 diameter, 1" high, round Spinach deep Green color with hand painted floral decoration in the center and gilded design around the edges, crackling enamel work on the surface. The condition of enamel paint is good.

La Rochelle silver dinner set for 12. Made by Tetard Frères in France...

This is a lovely set of Cohr 4 blue wax candles and 2 silver plate holders. The set is complete in its original box and has never been used. The candlestick holders have a neat, mod design. They measure 3 3/4" (and are concave) x 2 1/8" x 3/4". They have very good heft, weighing 5 ounces. They are marked Cohr with the Cohr maker's mark and DENMARK. The set is in excellent condition! The box is not in excellent condition (see pictures).

A vintage Austrian silver stopper for a wine bottle or decanter, the finial constructed from a coin known as the “Maria Theresa Thaler”. These coins were first minted during the reign of the Empress Maria Theresa, mother of Marie Antoinette. The front depicts Maria Theresa and the back features the imperial Hapsburg double eagle arms...

A classic figural sterling silver thimble jigger by Thomae & Co. The rim is engraved “Only A Thimble Full.” The interior retains a softly gilt surface. Several companies made variations of thimble jiggers, but those by Thomae are among the best because of their superior weight and workmanship.

A heavy sterling silver figural bar jigger in the form of a thimble. The jigger is ornately engraved to suggest the texture of a real thimble and the side is engraved "Just A Thimbleful." The interior is gilt. The underneath is monogrammed "W". The jigger bears the hallmark for S.J. Rose & Son and the date mark for 1969.

A rare sterling silver bar spoon/cocktail muddler in the "Aztec" pattern by Hector Aguilar. This very handsome design was one of Aguilar's most icon creations. The long spoon can be used to stir cocktails and is heavy enough to be used as a muddler, as well. The reverse is stamped with the mark used by Aguilar from 1955 until 1962.

Origin: Mexico, 1955-62. Condition: excellent, light surface scratching from normal use. Dimensions: 9-1/4" long. Weight 70.3 gr.

Two Pair of Salt and Pepper Shakers by Lunt (with mark of Rogers, Lunt & Bowlen), c. 1920's. Each is 4" high, with a base of 1 3/4". The set weighs 6.8 Troy ounces. In excellent condition.

A set of four Birks sterling silver nut or mint dishes 1940s-50s. These 4 x 2-3/8" dishes weigh 81.4 grams, and they are in excellent original condition with no corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a tiny dent in the upper lip of one dish, some very slight bends to the upper edge at one end on two dishes and some very shallow penpoint dents in the bottom of one dish (all are very minor and barely noticeable)...

A set of six sterling silver coffee spoons by Asprey & Co. Each spoon has a brownish-black bakelite “coffee bean”—a decorative device popular in England during the Art Deco period. Each spoon is fully hallmarked for Asprey, 1931. The spoons are presented in their original silk- and velvet-lined fitted box, the lid of which is imprinted “Asprey/166 Bond St/London”.

AN ELEGANT GERMAN SILVER AND IVORY FIGURE OF A KNIGHT An appealing and superb standing Teutonic Knight in full armor, with ivory face and hands, holding a long sword in the left hand and a shield in the right, mounted on black granite base with beveled edge. Unknown maker, circa 1940 and it bears STERLING, GERMANY, 925. size: 21-1/2 inches high, including the base, 2-1/2 inches. Condition: Minor surface scratching, cracking to ivory, minor scratching and chipping to granite base...

A nice bronze trumpet vase by Carl Sorensen. The surface is patinated in a mottled green, and the lower part of the vase is enhanced with parallel bands of various widths. A matching band appears around the outer top rim. Sorensen made a variety of decorative metalwares, but little is known about him...

Cambodian Silver on Copper Elephant Box, 1960's, 9" wide, 5 1/2" high, 3" deep, in two(2) piece fit together, the condition is good.

A vintage, finely made SILVER PUMPKIN REPOUSSÉ BOX from Cambodia, with embossed floral scroll décor, 2 leaves, a flower and a stem. Hallmarked on base. Size: 2 3/4" diameter x 2" height (7.25 cm x 5 cm). Weight: 104 gr.

An elegant sterling silver small letter opener in Kirk’s “Repousse” pattern. The wide end is beautifully decorated with a pattern of roses and foliage against a stippled background. The flat edge is marked off so it can be used as a ruler. The back is marked with the Kirk hallmarked used 1932-61.

Origin: America, ca. 1950. Condition: excellent, very light wear to the first few 1/16” makers on the ruler at the pointed tip. Weight: 26.5 grams.
