Being offered is a superb circa 1970 sterling silver pitcher made by Tane Silversmiths (the Tiffany of Mexico) of Mexico City, Mexico. Heavy gauge bulbous form fluted pitcher decorated with an alternating gilded vertical ribbed pattern; stylized handle and a gilded motif above the circular base. Dimensions: 10 inches tall including handle x 4 inches diameter x 7 inches from handle to spout. Marked. In excellent condition. Great weight 30 ozs.

This Victorian silverplate tea strainer has a shaped rim and handle with a lovely stamped pattern of scrolling leaves and flowers. Condition: very good, minor surface wear. Measurement: 5 7/8 in. x 3 _ in.

An unmarked but Arts and Crafts period bud vase with a square and austere silver plated base and a hand blown and pulled square glass vase insert with a flared neck c1890-1900. This vase measures 7/8" across the base and it stands 6" high; it has all of the handcrafted style expected in the Arts and Crafts European style of this era. We were informed that it probably came from Scotland originally...

A classic style English sterling silver footed 3-3/8" tall handled creamer, fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1931. It has the maker's mark of Adie Bros. Ltd. A classic figural sterling silver thimble jigger by Thomae & Co. The rim is engraved “Only A Thimble Full.” The interior retains a softly gilt surface. Several companies made variations of thimble jiggers, but those by Thomae are among the best because of their superior weight and workmanship.

George V covered urn. Made by Lionel Alfred Crichton in London in 1930. Girdled urn on stepped, raised, and gadrooned foot; s-scroll side handles with leaf cap and pendant flower heads. Cover domed with gadrooned rim and finial. Cutout strapwork applied to bowl and cover. Traditional Classical form in Britannia (that is, 958) silver. Fully marked. Very good condition.

This is an Art Deco English sterling silver globe-shape ashtray with cigarette rest, fully hallmarked for London 1928. This 3-1/4" tall smoking accessory has a square-shape base, and it has the hallmarks for the Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company, the famous London makers of precious metal items. It has a later-added circular piece of felt added to under the base (which can be removed if you prefer to change that)...

Nostalgic glass vanity jar with enameled sterling silver cover. Made in London in 1934. Oval jar with straight and fluted sides. A fine vintage cutwork Roden sterling silver napkin ring. Roden was bought out by Birks in 1928. This 5/8" wide napkin ring measures 1-11/16" across the interior and it has a Janie monogram. It is stamped STERLING with the Roden company mark. Birks bought all Roden's inventory and parts and molds, and the Roden mark can be seen on some Birks silver items until several decades after. It is in excellent vintage condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...
