This early 925 sterling silver box with detachable lid was designed by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling. The box stands 4 1/2" high and measures 3" x 2 1/2". Pictured on spratlingsilver.com where it's described as a tall cigarette box. It is sometimes referred to as a tea caddy. Beautiful vintage condition.

This glorious design has a curled silver design from the rosewood to the salad spoon and fork which is repeated at the silver ends. Chippendale Sterling Silver Oval Tray by Gorham, with the Date Mark for 1946. It is marked with the Gorham Trade Marks, Sterling, 117, 15.5", and Chippendale. It is 15.5" in length and 11" across, and the sides are 3/4" high. The weight is 26 ounces. No monogram and it is in mint condition.

Being offered is a superb circa 1968 sterling silver pitcher made by Tane Silversmiths (the Tiffany of Mexico) of Mexico City, Mexico. Heavy gauge pitcher decorated with embossed disc motifs on the stylized handle and circular base. Dimensions: 10 inches tall including handle (8 1/4 inches without handle) x 6 inches diameter. An extremely rare set of 12 sterling silver and enamel tea or coffee spoons from the "Cymric" line produced by Liberty & Co. in partnership with the Birmingham silversmith William Hair Haseler. The stems of the spoons have an incised trailing motif accented with translucent shaded enamels in blue and green. Only a few designers produced spoon designs for the Cymric line, and this style is typical of designs by Archibald Knox around 1910...

Hand wrought sterling silver pickle fork in the classic "Granada" pattern by Old Newbury Crafters. This is among the most sought after makers of fine American silver. Each are marked "LOS CASTILLO STERLING MEXICO HANDWROUGHT 15". The interesting thing is that one is marked "123" and the other,"153", although they are a matching set...
