Set of six Georg Jensen sterling demitasse spoons in the coveted "Acanthus" pattern. Each spoon measures 3 3/4" long. Four of the spoons are marked on the back with "GI" in a circle of dots, "Sterling", and "Denmark". These four spoons are circa 1915-1930. The other two spoons are marked "Georg Jensen" in a circle of dots, "Sterling" and "Denmark". These two spoons could be the same age, or possibly date later. They match perfectly. Lovely English 1920's pink guilloche enamel sterling 8 day clock. This great little octagonal clock measures 3 1/8" by 3 1/8". A finely chased silver edge accents the guilloche enameling. The clock face is a beige color with black deco numerals and dark blue hands. The face is covered with a slightly convex glass. Brass easel back. Marks include an anchor, a lion, and an "A"-Birmingham, sterling, 1925. In addition there are makers marks which appear to be ABLP. Excellent condition.

A very handsome set of twelve sterling silver coffee spoons in a hammered Arts & Crafts design reminiscent of Georg Jensen. The design is very well-conceived, with the arching rows of beads echoing the slightly round indentations left by the hammering process. The spoons are just a bit larger than traditional demitasse spoons, but certainly smaller than teaspoons.
