A sterling silver double jigger in International's classic1939 Art Deco "Royal Danish" pattern. The jigger is marked with one of International's older hallmarks. The double jiggers in this pattern are difficult to find.

Lovely sterling silver low bowl in the "Repousse" pattern by Kirk. Beautifully accented with a scrolling border of shells, the heavily decorated border features roses, daisies, wild roses and other flowers with foliage. The bottom is stamped "Hand Decorated/S. Kirk & Son Inc./Sterling/714".

Origin: Baltimore, Maryland, 1925-32. Condition: excellent; no monograms or removals. Size: 8.25" diam.; 1.25" high. Weight: 8.8 troy ounces.

A very uncommon graduated sterling silver handled jigger by one of Mexico’s most important Art Deco and modernist silversmiths, Juvento Lopez Reyes. He opened his studio, Plateria del Recreo in 1935, making most streamlined hollowware items in the Art Deco and modernist taste. The base is fully stamped with mark used by Reyes in the 1930s and 40s. The stepped sides of the jigger mark off .5, 1, 1.5 and 2-oz levels.

A rare, complete set of sterling silver demitasse spoons in the "Flowers of the Months" pattern by Tiffany & Co. presented in their original fitted case. The finial of each spoon features an illustration of a different seasonal flower such as a holly, clover, iris, pansy, poppy, etc. The bowls are parcel gilt. The back of the spoons are stamped with the Tiffany hallmark used 1907-1947. These spoons were made for only a short duration and complete sets are quite difficult to find...

Midcentury Modern sterling silver water pitcher. Made by Alphonse La Paglia (d. 1953) in New Jersey. Baluster with asymmetrical oval mouth; stepped and round foot ring with flat beading. High-looping handle wrapped with abstract leaves; scroll terminal inset with Jensen-inspired seed-spilling pod on wire stem. The influence of the master applied to a traditional form. Marked “La Paglia Sterling 208”. Very good condition.

Chippendale sterling silver serving tray. Made by Gorham in Providence in 1944. Round with flat curvilinear ogee rim. A large and heavy piece in this pattern. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, no. 42613, and date code. Very good condition.

Danish Midcentury Modern sterling silver compote. Wide and round bowl mounted to shaft with understated Classical ornament: Urn with bold and stylized leaf-and-dart ornament on sides, in turn mounted to baluster with half fluting; wavy borders. Domed foot. Visible hand hammering. Fully marked including maker’s stamp for Roif Fritiof Bratland, who was active from 1956-73, as well as no. 85A. Very good condition.

Hand hammered, hand made sterling and ebony very large leaf tray by Los Castillo, Mexico, c.1950. Designed like a long leaf with an ebony handle, it measures 23" LONG by 4 3/4" wide. A vintage, finely made SILVER PUMPKIN REPOUSSÉ BOX from Cambodia, with embossed floral scroll décor and a stem. Size: 3" x 2 1/4", height 2 1/2" (7.75 cm x 5.5 cm, height 6.5 cm).

Being offered is a fine and charming circa 1945 sterling silver tray by William Spratling, of Taxco, Mexico; handwrought serving tray with applied circular dots at opposite ends; with a stepped center. Dimensions: 10 inches long by 9 inches wide. No monogram. Marked as illustrated in photo. In excellent condition. Excellent heavy gauge weight.

A good bronze footed trumpet vase by Carl Sorensen. The surface is patinated in a dark mottled green and is enhanced with parallel engraved lines forming bands decorated in a darker green patination. The small foot makes this one of Sorensen's more unusual vase designs. Sorensen made a variety of decorative metalwares, but little is known about him. He worked in Pennsylvania, and his pieces were possibly sold by Roycroft and Tiffany...

This great vintage wall hanging can be hung anywhere. It reads "Shalom" in its colorful, stained glass, abstract design. It has 5 hooks to hold keys, caps, etc. It looks beautiful just hanging from anything. It measures 8" x 2" x 3/8" and hangs 6 1/2" from its chain. It is bronze and made in Israel in the early to late 1960s to early 70's by The Terra Sancta Guild. In English, "Shalom" means "hello, welcome, good-bye, peace," etc. It weighs about 5 ounces and is in excellent condition.

A vintage pierced sterling silver napkin ring c1920s by Roden. Roden was bought out by Birks in 1928. It is stamped STERLING with the Roden company mark. Birks bought all Roden's inventory and parts and molds, and the Roden mark can be seen on some Birks silver items until several decades after. This 1-3/4" across napkin ring is 5/8" wide, and it has (remarkably) never been monogrammed...

Sterling toothpick holder by George Shiebler, Brooklyn, c.1890. Has floral applied silver decoration around bottom. Made of heavy gauge silver and measures 1 3/4" high by 1 3/4" wide. It is signed "wings-with-S STERLING 5235 H.S.&CO.". It is in excellent condition except that the top rim is not completely round any longer.....$9 for insured USA shipping. A fun mid-century chrome and bakelite stoplight handled jigger. The side is marked off in three increments--"Safe", "Caution" and "Danger"--each with a jeweled light. The bottom is marked "Reg'd Design/Glo-Hill Canada". Montreal-based Glo-Hill made a creative range of barware and serving pieces for modern entertaining.

The angel with the trumpet sterling silver Christmas ornament is marked in the back and was made by the Gorham silver company in 1974. It is also marked American Heritage Society. The length of the ornament is 4 ¾” and the height is 2 ½".

A Roden (Birks) sterling 1930s napkin ring with an N monogram by Roden Bros, Toronto. Roden was bought out by Birks in 1928. This 3/4" wide sterling napkin ring measures 2" x 1-1/2" across the interior and it has lined decoration. It has a rubbed STERLING mark with the Roden maker's mark. Birks bought all Roden's inventory and parts and molds, and the Roden mark can be seen on some Birks silver items until several decades after...

A distinctive and very uncommon Art Deco figural jigger in the form of an English riding boot (variously called a jockey, field or paddock boot). The details of the design such as the pull straps and seams are picked out in a raised design. The jigger is silver plated and is extremely heavy for its size, indicating that its made of a high quality white bronze rather than a simple base metal. The boot's sole is marked "Made In England/Silver Plated/Approx 1-1/2 oz"
