An earthenware terracotta bottle vase and stopper. The vase is decorated with transfer printed "famille rose" enamels depicting flowers birds and marine life. This item was made by Watcombe pottery, Torquay, which was operational from 1869 to 1883. The base carries the impressed date mark for October 1878. Condition - very good - there is a small chip to the footrim (please view enlargements) and a tiny chip to the underside of the cover; there are also minor losses to the enamels...

Rose Crest is was produced by Fenton from 1944 to 1947. It was originally made as an exclusive for Weil Freeman Company in 1944, but when they didn't renew the contract, Fenton added it to their regular line and continued production until 1947. Offered is this pair of Le Verre Francais (Schneider), French cameo glass vases, made around 1920. The vases are 7 1/4 inches (18,5 cm) and 7 inches (18 cm) tall respectively - as in most hand-made items, there is a slight variation in sizes. Both are signed with etched signatures. A rare, complete set of Art Deco sterling silver demitasse spoons in the "Zodiac" pattern by Tiffany & Co. presented in their original fitted case. The finial of each spoon features a streamlined illustration of a zodiac sign. The bowls are parcel gilt. The back of the spoons are stamped with the Tiffany hallmark used 1907-1947, and are also marked with the patent date 1926. These spoons were made for only a short duration and complete sets are quite difficult to find...

This is a really great custard colored glass Laurel, with red trim, 14 piece Childs Hostess dish set made by McKee Glass Company from Jeannette, PA. This Hostess set is in the original display box. This dish set includes four 5 7/8 inch plates, four 4 1/4 inch saucers, four 2 3/4 inch diameter tea cups, a 2 1/2 inch high creamer and a 2 1/2 inch high two-handled sugar bowl. The Cube, or Cubist, pattern was made by Jeannette Glass Company from 1929 to 1933. It's often confused with Fostoria's American pattern and for good reason: both were designed by the same man. A pretty pair of Dresden porcelain candlesticks with traditional hand-painted floral decoration. Dresden candlesticks are rather uncommon. The squared bases are intricately pierced and decorated with flowers and gilt highlights. The columns are similarly decorated. Bobeches separate the columns from the candle sockets...

This fabulous Morgantown Adonis wine goblet with its green Athena stem is in excellent, unused condition and is quite hard to find. This beauty shows a Grecian flowers medallion with the stylized face of Adonis in its center. This elaborate medaliion repeats three times around the panel optic bowl. A Dainty Porcelain Inkwell with Four Different Bird Portrayals on Each Panel and a fifth on the Top. Dimensions; 3.25" x 3.25" x 3" high. Very minor gilt wear but otherwise in excellent condition. Probably French and from the early 1900's.

Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1106 creamer in emerald green. Perfect condition, serving pieces are very difficult to find in this pattern, so get them while you can. I also have other items available so email if you need something in Catalonian.

Center bowl of opalescent glass with irregular aventurine patches floating in pools of clear teal-blue. Slightly irregular oval, almost egg shaped, bowl measures a (HUGE!) 19 inches (48 cm) by 13 (33 cm) and is 2.5 inches (6 cm) deep. Bowl has a flat bottom with a polished pontil and retains its blue and silver Murano Glass, made in Italy label. Likely an Ermanno Toso design of 1950/1960.
