Of tree trunk shape, the glass a very light green, watery shade.The irregular surface was created by the charred wooden moulds used for the Finlandia collection. A fine and vintage Scandinavian sterling silver pair of fish servers mady by the Finnish firm of Miettinen + Nurmi (1947-60). This pair has the date stamp for 1959 and 813H and the maker's mark. This lovely black trophy vase is by L. E. Smith from the 1930s. It features a large heart shape cameo with two women dancing with scarves. The rim is ruffled and it stands in a square foot. Six small dessert or fruit bowls in the Splendid collection by Bohemian Moser, Karlsbad, Exquisitely diamond-cut and faceted, the border with a relief pattern in 24 carat gold. Designed in 1911, Splendid turned out to be a success in the international expositions of the time. It is still being produced and is part of royal and stately dining settings all over the world. Diameter "5 ¼ / 13 cm, height "1/ 2.7 cm. This set is probably from around 1950. Condition: three bowls with wear to the gilt.
