Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Made in 1928, it's a wonderful pattern for the deco collector as well as glass lovers. This is the sherbet in French Crystal.(French Crystal is high polish figures against a satin finish background - named because of the Lalique quality this finish gives the glass.) This faience figural group was produced in Bologna, Italy by Aurelio Minghetti in the early 1900s. This piece was sold by the retailer “Carbone” of Boston, who handled European imports from about 1910 to 1920. It measures 16 inches high, 9 1/2 inches wide, and 8 inches deep. It is well modeled and hand painted. The garments on the Madonna have colorful detail. There is a feel of serenity and ancient Mediterranean tradition in the piece...

A sterling silver corkscrew by International Silver in one of the company’s 1930s Art Deco designs. Clearly patterned after the popular Scandinavian designs of the period, this design is very similar to “Royal Danish”, “Sonja” and “Norse”. The handle is marked with International’s older hallmark and the pattern number “NX14”.

Beautiful Murano Green and PINK Opalescent with Gold Flecks Art Glass Victorian Lady Sculpture!!! Believe it could be a SALVIATI or a BAROVIER piece! The woman has a large Ruffled Blouse, and Balloon Skirt, along with a Hat! It stands on a gold leaf pedestal. For accuracy, on the hat there seems to be a little piece missing, and the arms have a rough edge (from when they were cut by the glass blower) as pictured...

The Newport or Hairpin pattern was made by Hazel Atlas during the 1930's. The color is amethyst, though Hazel Atlas called it 'Burgundy' in the original ads. The front half of the bootee is horizontally ribbed and has two small flowers below the opening,. The rest is covered with a small diamond pattern except for a strip of ribbing in the back. The sole is completely hollow. It is 4 1/8" long and 2 1/4" high. Circa 1900.

This is a fine grayish lavender opaline vase. Circa 1900. It is 7 1/4" tall by 3 3/4" wide. The inside diameter of the mouth opening is 3" while the collar is only 1 3/4" in diameter.

This Victorian grapes napkin ring is topped with a leaf draped over one side of a wine barrel which is elevated on a short pedestal. The base in the shape of a grape leaf is elevated by a low, recessed ring. It is hallmarked Standard Silver Col., Ltd, Number 733.
