A spectacular Murano glass epergne, made probably by Archimede Seguso, around 1950. The epergne is 12 1/4 inches (31 cm) tall, with a bottom width of 9 inches (23 cm) and a top-width of 4 1/2 inches (12 cm). In fine condition. Unsigned, as expected.

Shino tea bowl with abstract gourd and ivy design by the representative modern Shino master Yano Keisen (1870-1965). Suitable for Autumn tea ceremony, finely painted ivy gives a beautiful sentiments and the gourds adds warmness onto this Shino bowl.
Fine condition with no chip, no cracks, expected kiln-cracks(kamakizu) are presented as a character of Shino-ware.

Eight(8) Czechoslovakia EPIAG Porcelain Demitasse cup and saucers, Cups-1 3/4" high, 2 7/8" diameter top rim and Saucers-4 3/4" diameter, Pink Rose on white design on white porcelain, marked on the bottom "EPIAG", "made in Czechoslovakia" in green. Two(2) saucers has hairline glaze cracks in the center area.

This hand hammered sterling silver bowl was designed & signed c. 1940's by Taxco Mexico artist William Spratling. The interior of the bowl measures 6 1/2" across & 2 1/2 inches deep. Bowl weight is 652 grams or 23 oz. Each of the 3 handles are accented with 2 raised silver domes. Beautiful condition. Excellent accent piece for any room. This design is included in the superb & permanent 20th century Mexican silver collection at LACMA.

This bright and sparkly ivy or rose bowl compote is so clear it is hard to photograph. The rose bowl is round with a ruffle opening for the flowers or plant. (Rooting ivy in water was popular - just pop in a bit of charcoal and the ivy will live for years.) It features very elegant, delicate cut flowers with fine grey cut and wheel cut petals and leaves. It sits on a ball stem and a broad foot for balance...

Modern lighting design thought to be a Gio Ponti design. A ceiling chandelier in the same design is on page 96 of CATALOGUE RAISONNE' by Anna Venini.

Soup's on in this elegant Herend soup tureen in the Queen Victoria pattern, with matching cover, circa 1940, bearing the Herend shield; also marked 1003 / VBO over B; comprising basket weave molding, gilt accents, and hand painted with flower sprays and butterflies; the tureen has four delicate applied flowers and vine twist handles; the cover with a lemon finial.  Measurements: tureen with cover: 15 x 113/4 inches. A beautiful Murano glass handkerchief vase, made probably by Barovier & Toso (designer: Ercole Barovier) around 1950. The vase is made up of poly-chrome fused canes on a colorless ground glass. The vase is 4 3/4 inches (12 cm) wide and 3 3/4 inches (9,5 cm) tall. Fine condition. Polished pontil. Unsigned.

In Venice Italy, these Obelisks were recently included in Fondazione Cini's exhibition "Paolo Venini and His Furnace," and are documented in the exhibition catalogue, page 308, model 4300. Constructed of thick canes twisted into a zanfrico design, this is a fine example of utilizing the traditional Venetian technique of zanfrico in a modern expression. The Obelisk has the 2 acid stamps: venini murano, made in Italy, measures 8" tall, and is in good condition.
