A rare and wonderful two sided micro-petit point purse made for a child. On one side is a depiction of an 18th century courting couple, under a tree by a river, with the man holding a mandolin serenading the woman. Description: This is a better sponge ware 9" pitcher with a swelled bottom below the cylindrical body with a pulled pouring spout and angled loop handle overall blue sponging on white.

Pretty pair of enamel bottle tags for "Sherry" and "Gin." The labels are decorated with colorful roses and forget-me-nots. The tags hang from brass chains.

This beautiful hand painted Muhlhause vase is hand painted and enameled. The glass is an opaque soft white and the enameling design is floral. The colors are rich and the decoration is bright with gold trim to suggest naturalistic Art Nouveau themes of foliage, birds and flowers.

The top is a maroon-brown color. The diameter of the mouth is 3 1/2" and the base is 4 1/2"

SALE The scarf is probably NH and is dated and also has an initial, Al. It is handwoven and is 38" on two sides and then 47" across the back. It is 1/2 of a square, triangle. It is in perfect condition. The colors are beige, brown, and tan. This is a museum-quality Shaker scarf.

This is a real sweet antique miniature cold painted bronze African American boy and girl group reading the newspaper with a Holland headline. It is circa 1890. The boy and girl are dressed in Dutch costume. It measures 1" tall x 5/8" wide.

Referenced in "The Colors of Murano in the XIX Century" p.128, Item #89, this vessel is typical of designs by Pietro Bigaglia in the mid 1800's. The Glass has the five point pontil mark, indicative of early Venetian Glass, is 3" tall and in excellent condition.

The body of the jar and lid are ribbed and have a lovely iridescence. The bottom of the base has multi-point pontil marks. It stands 6"high by 4" diameter. A similar fruit-topped lid is shown in Carol Osbourne's "Venetian Glass of the 1890s: Salviati at Stanford University" P. 126, Plate 137. The piece is in excellent condition.

Wonderful birds, stars, and flowers patterned coverlet of wool and cotton hand woven in two sections and signed "MADE BY D.SNYDER HANOVER TOWNSCHIP NOR T.CO 1840" and is signed on the four corners with fringed edges. The coverlet has birds on three side and flowers on one side. The colors are red, blue, and mustard on an off white background. Coverlet measures 94" long by 72" wide and is in excellent condition......$20 for insured USA shipping.

Skillfully sculpted in the late 1800's, this exquisite leaf compote is shrouded in a generous coating of gold aventurine. The leaf portion is very thin and masterfully executed freehand. The stem is hollow, and it and the foot are blown into a rib mold and are hot worked into a spiral pattern. At around age 120, the leaf compote is in perfect condition. Measuring 3.5"x6"x6.5"h., the piece is unmarked.

This is a gorgeous luster teacup and saucer decorated with scrolls and flowers. Some wear to the rim pink.

This majolica pitcher has an unusual anchor and chain pattern around the top and pale pink flowers with green leaves on a cream background in the center. It has a brown basket weave bottom. There is some clay shrinkage on the inside. See picture for details. There are no marks.

Red, white, and navy blue hand woven wool coverlet, early 19th century, measuring 91" long by 74" wide. Woven in two equal sections, three fringed sides have the design shown in photos 1,3 & 4. The 4th side is hemmed and without the design. Excellent condition except for the hemmed edge which has holes along that side.
