A classic figural sterling silver thimble jigger by Thomae & Co. The rim is engraved "Only A Thimble Full." The interior retains its original gilding. Several companies made variationss of this jigger, but those by Thomae are among the best because of their superior weight and workmanship.

Beautiful pair of 800 silver sabbath candlesticks brought from Germany to the USA before World War II. They have the markings (which my camera was unable to photograph) of the maker Korner Proll, Berlin. They measure 12" tall, and other than being slightly bent, they are in perfect condition with no dents or repairs, and would be a beautiful addition to any collection.

This is a handsome Dresden flower creamer and sugar in the EMPRESS pattern by Schumann, ca. 1930, with the post 1918 era mark of Carl Schumann, with colorful floral and gilt decoration and raised diagonal weave borders. Condition: pristine. Measurement: creamer: 4" h; sugar: 5" h.

A very sensitively carved Madonna and Child made in the South Tyrol region of northern Italy, probably during the 1920s. Condition: there are very minor edge losses and there is a small, old, glued repair to the base. There has been no overpainting and it has an excellent old patina. Intensely colored amethyst glass inkwell finished with a gilt brass collar. The severe cubic form is relieved by canted, curved corners. The base is acid-stamped "Made In Czecho-Slovakia", indicating a date between the World Wars.

This is a set of nine 20th Century Dresden flower rimmed soup bowls, each handpainted with a different bouquet of Deutsche blumen within lovely shaped gilt rims, marked "Dresden" under an 8-pointed star (the mid-century mark of Adolf Hamann). Condition: excellent condition (only very slight gilt wear on some rims); Measurement: 9 _" dia.

A classic Art Deco porcelain water jug advertising Ricard Anisette. In the south of France, tradition dictates that Ricard and other anise-flavored spirits be drunk with a side of water. Makers such as Ricard and Pernod provided advertising pitchers to local bars to increase their sales. This globe form is the classic shape from the first half of the 20th century. The bottom is marked “Ateliers de Céramique Ricard/Made in France”.

This lovely Fostoria rose pink June etch tidbit, snack, or lemon handled plate is in perfect condition. The acid etch features two large tied ribbons trailing along the rim with spring flowers. It is slightly flared sitting on a collar foot. Just a lovely piece that would make a lovely gift or to display your homemade goodies. It is 8 1/2" long including the handles, and 7" wide. These two wine stems are a collaboration between two companies: Cambridge Glass made the amethyst art deco flared wine bowl, while Farber Bros. made the cut-out chrome basket, the shapely stem and the broad bell foot. They are marked Farber Bros. on the bottom of each stem. These charming glasses stand 5 3/4" tall and are in excellent condition. Spring forward with this wonderful Chinese Art Deco rug, c 1930 featuring vivid colors of raspberry, jade green, turquoise, purple, pink and butterscotch. Measurements: 11' 6" x 8' 6". Great condition with age appropriate freckling.

This beautiful cup and saucer is hand decorated in a pink (almost raspberry) and gold. It is marked Limoges, France and another mark with Raphael Weill & Cie, San Francisco. It is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or repair, and the gold is also perfect with no wear at all.

A rare cocktail pick set in the form of a bakelite champagne stopper holding a set of chrome picks. Of the many French Art Deco barware items we’ve handled, this is the first example of this pick set we’ve seen.
