This porcelain figurine of a pair of falcons was produced in Germany by Karl Ens Volkstedt in the 1950s. It measures 10 1/2 inches high and 8 3/4 inches long. They are well modeled with excellent detail. See how their eyes, beaks and talons are defined. They are hand painted in natural colors. They appear to be a mated pair on the watch for prey. This is a really nice depression glass green Floral and Diamond Band 8 inch high flat water pitcher made by U. S. Glass from 1927 to 1931. This pitcher holds 42 ounces and is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. There is a little 1/8 inch black stone in the glass in the bottom of the pitcher (done in the making). Signed French Lalique Glass vase, signed "Lalique, France", 6 1/2" high, 4 3/4" wide-widest middle part, 4 1/4" diameter for top rim, very heavy weight and frosted 14 birds inside the deep cut out circles wrapped around with continuing vines, all birds are in different position, with clear glass top and bottom rim. This Lalique vase is in good condition and some small scratches on the bottom from the age, no chips or damage.

Francis I sterling silver teapot. Made by Reed & Barton in Taunton, Mass. Bellied ovoid body on domed foot, high-looping leaf-capped scroll handle, and leaf-capped s-scroll handle; cover hinged and domed with leafing-scroll quatrefoil finial. Strapwork frames (vacant) on front and back between cornucopias and pendant ribbon-tied flowers. Rims irregular with applied leaves and scrolls. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern name, no. 570A, and phrase “Hand Chased”...

This Art Deco charger, c 1939, is from Kupittaan pottery in Finland. The decoration, a male nude combined with a border of laurel leaves, suggests a Olympics venue. The 1940 Olympic Games, originally scheduled for Japan, was rescheduled for Helsinki, Finland. Those games were postponed because of the Soviet invasion of Finland in 1939. This charger probably was created in anticipation of the Helsinki games. It measures 14" in diameter, and is in mint condition. A very rare object.

This porcelain miniature tureen was produced in Hungary by Herend in 1976. It is a commemorative piece celebrating 150 years of production by Herend. It measures 5 1/4 inches across the handles and is 3 3/4 inches high. It is made of fine, hard paste porcelain. The piece is decorated with garlands of stylized corn flowers and foliage. There are blue ribbons and the finial on the lid is a lemon. Condition: Excellent

A hanging basket for flowers, by Kähler, Denmark, c 1920-1930. Slip glaze decoration typical of Kähler, with swirls in black, blue and brown over white, the glaze of a glossy, "watery" look. Three glazed holes for chains. Unmarked. Diameter "6½/ 16,5 cm, height "4/ 10,5 cm. Condition: chip and glaze wear to rim, some wear also to the green-glazed interior.

Offered here is a rare piece of Cambridge Cleo. This is the #617 cigarette jar and dates prior to 1930. (It's shown in the 1927-9 catalog reprint.) The jar has a light paneled optic within the glass and stands approximately 4 inches high. Excellent condition on this rare and unusual Cambridge Cleo item.

Referenced in "The Colors of Murano in the XIX Century" p.128, Item #89, this vessel is typical of designs by Pietro Bigaglia in the mid 1800's. The Glass has the five point pontil mark, indicative of early Venetian Glass, is 3" tall and in excellent condition.
