An exquisitely crafted candleholder executed in the pure palate of crystal glass with gold inclusion that is a hallmark of Archimede Seguso's work. The masterful sculpting of the flowers is remarkable. 9" x 4" x 4.5" This fine piece is in perfect condition.

A French Vallauris dish by Cerenne, with black, silky glaze. Decoration in bright enamels of a gardener with his tools and flower pots.The back with impressed Vallauris mark and painted MC (painters signature) and Cerenne Vallauris. Cerenne (=CRN) was the signature used by one of the largest ceramic workshops in Vallauris, led by Charles René Roger Neveux. Diameter "8¾/ 22,5 cm. Condition: small rubbing to the glaze just outside the right flower.

Being offered is a superb circa 1945 sterling silver pitcher by William Spratling, of Taxco, Mexico; handwrought bulbous form originally, specifically designed as a sangria pitcher with three applied floral motifs on the body; flared neck; ribbon handle with ruffle decoration, but of course pitcher can be used for water, iced tea etc. Dimensions: 7 1/2 inches tall by 7 inches diameter. No monogram. Marked as illustrated in photo. In excellent condition. Weight is a hefty 38 ozs.

Sterling toothpick holder by George Shiebler, Brooklyn, c.1890. Has floral applied silver decoration around bottom. Made of heavy gauge silver and measures 1 3/4" high by 1 3/4" wide. Famous, large and very heavy brass and tile hand wrought footed box showing HENS by Salvador Teran, Mexico, c.1952. Design shows 5 hens heads on top set in black tiles all around the box. The hinged inside is brass as is the bottom. The inside has a black patina which shows it has interacted with another material(see photo) but doesn't affect the integrity of the piece and could be removed. This 111 grams vintage unusual necklace strand is made up of rich amber color brown bakelite -rich yellow results when rubbed with 409 and with acetone- warm to touch tube ridged beads that look like 'horn handles' knotted with -cool to touch -12 mm Black hardstone beads resulting in 25" in length w old deco clasp and weighing 111 grams!
