This porcelain figurine of a pair of falcons was produced in Germany by Karl Ens Volkstedt in the 1950s. It measures 10 1/2 inches high and 8 3/4 inches long. They are well modeled with excellent detail. See how their eyes, beaks and talons are defined. They are hand painted in natural colors. They appear to be a mated pair on the watch for prey.

Two massive modernist clear glass solitaire vases from the 1950s, each with a large bubble. Designed by Vicke Lindstrand for Kosta, the Swedish glassworks. Both signed Kosta, LH for Lindstrand, 1496 and 1615 respectively (model numbers). Height "8 and 4 ΒΌ / 20 and 11 cm. Condition: fine, except for a few misty contours to the inside of both vases, near the top.

Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1169 vase - part of the Spanish Knobs variation - in honey. The vase is approximately 6 inches high and is the triangular pinch style that has 4 openings in the top.
