A Bretby English pottery green planter or jardiniere. This lovely Arts and Crafts era English pottery bowl or planter made by Bretby. This 3-1/2" tall and 6-3/8" diameter bowl has a light green glaze at the top graduating to a deeper moss green on the bottom; it has the Bretby mark, MADE IN ENGLAND and the 1644D pattern mark stamped into the bottom. A Barker Bros. silver plated asparagus server cradle with tray. This super classy table server consists of the 11-1/2 x 6" pierced footed asparagus cradle or drainer and the matching 15-1/4 x 6-1/8" two-handled underplate or tray with bun feet. The cradle has a wirework frame and rest for a butter or sauce boat (not present) and the tray has the mark for Barker Brothers of Birmingham, England...
This powder jar was designed by Charles H. Oestreich of Brooklyn NY: the design was patented January 13, 1931. There is a pink elephant on the lid and the jar has an overall frosted finish. Excellent condition. See my other listings for more Depression era dresser items.
Cut and Etched Crystal Decanter with top with etched numbers, 12" high, 4 1/4" wide in the widest section, heavy weight, brilliant cut and etched flower design. Etched numbers on the decanter rim and the bottom of the stopper is matching #74 and the condition is good, no damage.
Amazingly this Heisey Flat Panel octagon bowl is in excellent, undamaged condition. The delicate Flamingo Pink softens to almost clear in strong light across this console bowl. The octagon rib flutes radiate from the cut octagon collar foot to the octagon broad rim. This is an example of beautiful flawless glass made famous by Heisey. This display bowl is 8 7/8" across the rim, and 2 3/4" high. I have other Heisey and elegant glassware in my inventory... take a peek...
This fabulous Morgantown Adonis wine goblet with its green Athena stem is in excellent, unused condition and is quite hard to find. This beauty shows a Grecian flowers medallion with the stylized face of Adonis in its center. This elaborate medaliion repeats three times around the panel optic bowl. Beautiful Gorham arts & crafts period (c. 1905) sterling and enamel spoon, measuring 5" long. It has blue, purple, red, and yellow enamel in a lovely arts & crafts design with a gold washed finish. The condition is very good with a slight enamel outage at the very top of the spoon (see photo). The spoon is marked "GORHAM hallmarks STERLING #870 and an "S" monogram at the back. Sterling silver gravy ladle in Kirk's 1937 "Rose" pattern. Fully decorated with a repousse floral design in the great Baltimore silver tradition, this piece would look lovely mixed with similar patterns such as Kirk "Repousse", Stieff "Rose", Schofield "Baltimore Rose", etc. The reverse is marked with Kirk's mark from the period 1927-1961. Excellent condition; no monogram or removal. 7-1/8" long.
Fenton Emerald Crest Bowl was made between the years 1949-56. It is 10" across and about 3" high. In excellent condition.
The Colony Harvest molds were first used to produce beautiful snowy white, handmade milk glass items. The milk glass items were called Colony Harvest. Colony is a trademark of the Lancaster Colony Corporation. Indiana Glass produced the milk glass Harvest items but they were never sold under the Indiana Glass name. This set of Pitcher and 7 Tumblers are in mint condition. The pitcher is 11" tall and the tumblers are each 6" tall. (photo shows 4 tumblers -- it comes with all 7)...
Art nouveau sterling teaspoon with four cherubs faces by the famous Newark, NJ silversmith, Unger Brothers, 1904. It shows 3 entwined cherubs faces at the top and another midway as part of a beautiful art nouveau floral design. It is signed "UB FINE STERLING COPYRIGHT 1904" and is in excellent condition.
