Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Made in 1928, it's a wonderful pattern for the deco collector as well as glass lovers. This is the 3 1/2 inch tumbler in frosted crystal - sometimes called 'crystal stain'. This porcelain and silver tea set was produced in Trenton New Jersey, USA, by Lenox between 1906 and 1930. Some of the pieces are marked with the older Lenox Belleek mark. The pot measures 9 inches from the spout to the handle and is 6 inches tall, including the lid. The pot includes a separate tea strainer which inter locks with the lid. The capacity is 30 ounces. The sugar bowl is 5 inches across the handles and 4 inches tall...

Large size Lenox Rose Pattern Porcelain and Sterling Rim serving Charger, Platter, Ca. 1930's, 14 1/2" diameter, 3" high, and 1" wide for Sterling Rim with repoussé repeated pattern and multiple smaller rose and floral design in outer circle, and large bouquet of floral design in the center. Marked "Lenox, made in USA" in green, "Lenox Rose" in purple plus sterling marked "Wallace Sterling 4179" on the bottom. The condition is good, no damages.

A Siam style budha cast bronze head made at Bien Hoa professional School in Vietnam circa 1930. Nice reproduction and beautiful patina. The Bien Hoa school was created in 1906 by French administrators who, seeing Vietnamese art and culture disappear during colonization, wanted to safeguard this important Vietnamese artistic heritage. The school was therefore created, it housed hundreds of Annamese students who became sculptors, painters, ceramists, cabinetmakers etc.....

This elegantly styled murrine pitcher by Fratelli Toso illustrates the technical expertise that the Muranese artisans possess. Each murrine is individually made and they are assembled and fused to the blowpipe and then blown into this relatively thin and elegant form. Being a glassblower myself, I have great respect for the level of skill demonstrated in vessels constructed with murrine. These were produced in the early 1900's, according to Leslie Pinas' "Fratelli Toso"...

A Grand Lenox Belleek Vase, Artist Signed by Frances Mayer and dated June 8 1927. It has a Gilt Border with Pheasants Front and Reverse. Dimensions 15.5" high x 5.5" in diameter. Excellent condition

Measuring 6.75 inches in diameter and 4 inches high, this wonderful, C1920, Ohio-made, yellow ware, spongeware batter bowl features fabulous blue sponging and is much more striking “in person” than the photos were able to capture.

The bowl sits on a 1/8" high footed base and has a lovely turned edge rim. It has glaze crazing typical of an 85+ year old piece of pottery as well as two, very tight hairlines approximately 1.50 inches in length...

Fabulous circa 1920s Murano candlesticks in ruby red, a color rarely seen in early Italian glass. Each candle stick has two applied opaque green glass pears with black stems. The execution and design of this pair is exceptional. In excellent condition. Unsigned. Each just under 10" tall. Note: the photos make the items look as though they are leaning. A fascinating manipulation of fired on patination to the copper or bronze, shouldered vase. A rich, earthy copper red fired on patina is on the interior and on the exterior serving as background to irregular streams, inlets and pools of dappled verdigris among, and picked out by, (seemingly) flames of speckled gold fading into the background color. We included one picture with filtered sunlight to better pick out the colors. Reasonably good condition - allowing for presentable display from a cab...

Northwood made a lot of stretch glass. This color is very similar to Fenton's Stengl blue stretch. This 8" blue pedestalled compote is in excellent condition.

Round decorative tile of an early steamship atop a Sherwin-Williams-type schematic earth, diameter 7 3/8" and about 7/8" thick at the edges. This is a hand crafted and no doubt unique piece; hand painted, and glazed. On the reverse is scratched into the ceramic what I take to be apparently the date: "11-7-22". There are two holes drilled at the top, through which a wire has been strung, to allow this to hang on a wall. See several thousand paintings, drawings and prints in my shop.
