Old Colony is the correct name for the pattern that collectors have always called 'Lace Edge'. It was produced by Hocking from 1935 to 1938. Offered here is the cup & saucer set in pink. Beautiful unsigned Steuben gold ruby cut to clear champagne glass. Make your Veuve Clicquot champagne taste even better in this 6 1/8 inch tall Steuben champagne glass in colorless crystal with a red border. The glass matches shape 6596 in the factory drawings and is decorated in the "Fountain" pattern as shown in plate 7.42 of Dimitroff’s "Frederick Carder and Steuben Glass." Slender and elegant vintage modern glass Nerox lamp by Ermanno Toso is constructed of cool blue and green opalino murrine. The colors remind me of the cool tones of the Venetian Lagoon which has inspired glass design in Murano for centuries. I've seem a pair of this design sell at auction for $9000.! The lamp measures 28.5" to top of glass and 40" to top of bulb socket, is in good condition, and would look great with a slender cylinder shaped shade.

Bead Chain fixtures were the standard ceiling fixture of the American home from the 1920’s through the 1940’s. The decorative glass shade hung from 3 bead chains, and could be adjusted up or down depending on the size of the room and height of the ceiling. The graceful Art Deco design of these fixtures makes them the perfect fit in today's homes.

The angel with the trumpet sterling silver Christmas ornament is marked in the back and was made by the Gorham silver company in 1974. It is also marked American Heritage Society. The length of the ornament is 4 ¾” and the height is 2 ½".

An early Troika vase or marmalade pot, ca 1970. Of square shape, relief decorated, the matted glaze in purple, black and orange, the inside white glazed. Troika was a group of three art potters, based in St Ives. Troika pieces were sold through Liberty of London. A classic Art Deco figural cocktail shaker in the form of traditional milk can by Reed & Barton. The “Milk Can” was introduced in 1959 and came in two sizes, with the 32-ounce size retailing for $35. This shaker was a luxury product and was made with Reed & Barton’s highest quality plating. The bottom is stamped “Reed & Barton/27/32 oz.” It also retains the original paper lable.

Origin: America, ca. 1959. Condition: near mint, no dings or scratches. Size: 9-1/2” tall.

A large, scalloped sterling bowl with rope twist rim marked Shreve Crump and Lowe Sterling 865S. There are light scratches on the bottom and some polish marks. It measures 3" (h) x 9.75"(w) and weighs 14ozs./397 gr.

These beautiful plates were designed by Reuben Haley and produced by the Consolidated Glass Company in the late 1920's. The pattern is called 'Five fruits' and is one of Consolidated's scarce tableware lines. Approximately 6 1/2 inches in diameter, the color is green ceramic wash over crystal. Antique cloth doll with center seam face, nice pinched nose, bead eyes with feather stitched eyebrows. She has a tiny red floss stitched mouth. She has leather arms in poor condition but they really look original, long shaped legs and turned feet. Her body is skillfully sewn and is firmly stuffed with cotton. She has a very large derriere that allows her to sit easily. She is made with black sateen fabric. She has a few mends but is in good solid condition. Her dress is sewn and is in shreds...

This porcelain gravy boat with attached underplate was produced in Germany by Meissen in the 1930s. It measures 9 1/2 inches long, 6 inches wide and 4 inches high. It is made of the finest quality, hand crafted porcelain that is world renowned. The gravy boat has a graceful, flowing shape. The pattern is known as Deutsche Blumen, comprised of larger sprays of flowers. The flowers are expertly hand painted in vivid colors. The rims of the gravy boat are trimmed with gold...

This really pretty ruby red Coin 6 1/4 Inch diameter Flat Candy Dish with Lid was made by Fostoria Glass. This candy dish measures 4 1/14 inches high to the top of the knob. Both the candy dish bottom and lid are in very good condition with no chips, cracks, scratches or cloudiness. Nostalgic glass vanity jar with enameled sterling silver cover. Made in London in 1934. Oval jar with straight and fluted sides. Cover has motoring scene: A Victorian lady and two gentlemen tootle along in a turn-of-the-century automobile. A sweet look back. Hallmark includes George V’s silver jubilee mark. Offered is this beautiful pulled-feather vase made by Durand around 1930. The vase is just under 10 inches tall. Except for a fabrication flaw (a 'pull' in its polished pontil, that sometimes occur in blown glass objects when they are broken-off from the pontil rods - see picture), it is in very good condition (there are some scratches on its side)...

In 1965 "THE WORLD OF SPRATLING" museum exhibit touring the U.S. included this design in their collection. Rosewood and sterling silver are used in this ovoid piece which stands 1 3/4" high & 4 3/4" long. The tray is in beautiful condition. It is pictured on Phyllis Goddards spratlingsilver.com and in MEXICAN Silver by Penny Morrill and Carole Berk. Spratling 1950's hallmarks are on the underside.

This vintage 1940's hand hammered, hand forged 980 sterling silver bowl was designed & signed by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). Weighing a hefty 652 grams or 23 oz. the bowl measures 10 inches across and 2 inches high. The base measures 5 1/4" across. The rim is finished with a thick rope design. This piece is in beautiful condition & fully hallmarked for Spratling on the reverse.
