This porcelain plate was produced in England by Royal Worcester in 1933. The date codes indicate this year. It is signed by the artist E. Barker. The plate measures 10 ¾” in diameter. A brilliant array of hand painted flowers in an urn fill the center of the plate. They are realistically portrayed in fine detail. The rim of the plate is finished with an embossed band of gold. Beautiful lobed Kutani yaki dish in Yoshidaya style, modern. Decoration of camellia in white, aubergine, green, speckled yellow and gilt. The back with a character in gilt, possibly Qiu, meaning Autumn. It is also defined by Graesse in his classical work about pottery and porcelain marks as from the village of Shinomine in Arita. This wonderful pair of sterling silver triple candle holder was made in Germany circa 1920. The elegant fluted design decorated candle holders are 10 ¼” high, 11” wide at the widest part and the base is 5 3/8” wide at the widest part. This is a really great, vintage, Jeannette Depression Glass green Cherry Blossom 3 Inch high Handled Mug made by Jeannette Glass from 1930 to 1939. This Mug can be hard to find. It measures 2 3/4 inches diameter across the top, holds 6 ounces and is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or cloudiness. Be sure to search our other vintage depression glass available. A lovely Steuben center bowl with reeded diamond optic decoration, low profile, but large diameter. I have not quite placed the color as it does not quite match green or Pomona Green, but I will go with the former pending further research.

Condition is excellent, but may contain a minute production flaw or two. Unmarked but unmistakably Steuben. Shape number is 6774.

Dimensions: 11 3/4" d, 3 1/8" h

This interesting vase has a notch in it making it look a little like Pac Man, but giving it a very distinct form. However, we believe that it was created in a studio by excellent ceramicists who decorated the vase with free flowing green and blue glazes. One side has a stack of incised chevrons running down the center. The underside is marked with what appears to be W NZ VI, marks whose identity elude us. The vase has considerable heft for its size.

Wonderful folk art box of a pyramid that opens to reveal sections to hold cigarettes and matches. The entire surface is inlaid with square or rectangular pieces of wood in varying shades of brown and beige. It measures 5 1/2" high and is 9 3/8" square, sitting on 4 geometric feet. A rare Art Deco mechanical "Trap Jigger" in chrome with red bakelite accents made by Fay. When the arms of the filled jigger are rested on the rim of a glass or jigger a plunger inside is forced up to allow the liquid to pour out the bottom.

A very scarce Watson and Newell demitasse spoon of an African American child eating watermelon. The spoon has “Shreveport, LA” engraved in the bowl.
