A French Art Deco cocktail pick set in the form of a chrome lyre with red bakelite-topped cocktail picks forming the instrument’s strings. The whole is set on a mahogany base. Sets such as this were used on bar and café counters to serve cocktail garnishes, canapés or even escargot.

This bright Westmoreland carnival basket shows rich purple and cranberry-red pansies with a petal from each to form the foot. The handles are clear and arc over the flowers to just touch, and the bottom is crystal clear. It measures 4 3/4" across and 4 1/2" high to the top of the handles. A very nice cut crystal cocktail shaker in cobalt blue overlay. The design is a classic pattern of angular mitres emanating from oval printies. The shaker is acid-signed on the bottom "Japan". Cut glass in the Art Deco style was one of the industries established in Japan during the Occupation following World War II, and the products are always of fine quality that easily compete with European products of the same era...

Rare hand blown Bohemian style Murano Glass cobalt blue tea set with applied white enameled flowers in high relief, monogrammed saucers and footed cups. Custom made and purchased on Murano Island, Venice, Italy in the 1900's. Total of 22 pieces, 2 of which are lids, the set offers teapot with lid (8.25" high), sugar with lid (4.5" high), creamer (5.25" high), 5 large footed cups (3.75" high), 6 small footed cups (3" high), 6 saucers (5.5" diameter).

This Murano Glass modern expression is typical of the Flavio Poli vessel and animal designs for Seguso Vetri d'Arte in the 1940's and 1950's. There are many references to the modern forms with multiple sommerso layers of controlled bubbles and a generous layer of gold leaf by Flavio Poli. An identical form is documented in Leslie Pinas' book ARCHIMEDE SEGUSO on page 95, valued there at $500. -700. This fine modern expression is 7" in diameter, 2.75" tall...

Nice bar accessory for the cocktail buff, this bone handled sterling silver measuring jigger was made by the New York firm John Hasselbring, early 20th century, makers mark, Sterling and Style No. 40 stamped on jigger, and silver base stamped Sterling. Measurements: 5 1/2"L x 2" H; Jigger measures 1 3/4" H. Handle width-1"; Condition is very good vintage with minor pin dots inside jigger. Repair to knob that attaches handle to back of jigger.

This is beautiful piece that can be used as a candlestick holder or a small vase. It has a lovely Scandinavian, flowing design. Made of sterling silver, it stands 5 1/8" tall. Its base has a diameter of 3". It weighs 3 ounces. The base is marked with a whale hallmark and marked DENMARK. I have left it unpolished. It is truly beautiful and in excellent condition.

A sterling silver corkscrew by International Silver in one of the company’s 1930s Art Deco designs. Clearly patterned after the popular Scandinavian designs of the period, this design is very similar to “Royal Danish”, “Sonja” and “Norse”. Chippendale Sterling Silver Oval Tray by Gorham, with the Date Mark for 1946. It is marked with the Gorham Trade Marks, Sterling, 117, 15.5", and Chippendale. It is 15.5" in length and 11" across, and the sides are 3/4" high. The weight is 26 ounces. No monogram and it is in mint condition.

Lovely figurine of a little boy holding a blue onion cup with his toy horse at his feet. Signed with the Meissen crossed swords, the figurine measures 6 3/8" tall and is in perfect condition.

A very uncommon graduated sterling silver handled jigger by one of Mexico’s most important Art Deco and modernist silversmiths, Juvento Lopez Reyes. He opened his studio, Plateria del Recreo in 1935, making most streamlined hollowware items in the Art Deco and modernist taste. The base is fully stamped with mark used by Reyes in the 1930s and 40s. The stepped sides of the jigger mark off .5, 1, 1.5 and 2-oz levels.

This unusual transparent window murrine vase by Fratelli Toso is documented in Leslie Pinas "FRATELLI TOSO", pg.68. Titled "Tiffany Windows" because of the transperent murrines, this vessel is amazing in good light and an excellent example of the Murano Glassblowers skill. Every murrine is transparent, allowing the light to flow through nicely and reminds one of "the colors of Murano"! Measuring 5.25" tall, the vase is in excellent condition and retains the made in Murano Italy label.

Exquisitely detailed clown sculpture in a variety of polychrome techniques with aventurine. There are remnants of a paper label. I'm not sure who made this, but my colleagues in Murano responded to the piece with a resounding "bello"! 9"h x3.5" x 3.5"

A convincing replica of a shell by the master Alfredo Barbini in crystal and pink lattimo, with a soft veil of gold dust on both interior and exterior. The luminescence on the interior of the piece with its dusting of gold give the shell an authentic look. In flawless condition, 8"x6"x3", unmarked.

Superb and very tall lamp by Ercole Barovier. It is in great condition! The hardware has an attractive patina commensurate with its age. The lamp is nicely complemented by the vase and bowl of the previous listings. Lamp measures 28" to the top of the glass and 44" to the top of the finial.

Sumptuous sculpted sommerso bowl in ever so soft hues of teal and amber glass. My guess is that this is a Flavio Poli design due to the purity of form and soft hues of color. Obviously inspired by the nature of the Venetian Lagoon, this piece resembles a birds eye view of the island of Murano and its surrounding Lagoon. The base of the bowl was protected over the years by three felt pads added to the bottom, so the piece is in great condition. It measures 9.5"w x 3"h, unmarked.
